My dad is friends with one of the dudes who taught the actors how to fake punch and fight, his name is George, and because of that he got to pretend to be a Russian officer and unfortunately got punched and knocked out, even though he could easily win a fight against Steve

It’s fun for the actors but not always fun for the crew. I used to work on set in the camera department from commercials and movies. It’s back breaking work and really long hours but the pay is good. They feed you good food all day so that helps. A lot of the mood on set depends on the actors. If the actors are cool and laid back like these stranger things actors then its fun for the crew. But if the actors are obnoxious or in a bad mood, it can be miserable for the crew. Search YT for Christian Bale from Terminator set screaming at crew members. It ruins the atmosphere for everybody.
