In this episode we examine Cartamundi's new thinner playing cards stock the E7 luxury pressed cards. How do they compare to B9 true linen finish? Plus a detailed review of the Cohort Classics.
The Cohort Classics playing cards are available in both red and blue colorways, with the blue variant just recently being released. Although the decks appear to be just your run of the mill standard poker decks there are a few interesting aspects worth looking at.
The tuck boxes for both decks are identical save for the coloration of course and one other distinction that we’ll get into in more detail later.
The tuck boxes are printed on standard white glossy cardstock. They feature the Cohort branding on the front along with some other design elements such as a large spade pip with some ornamentation and a globe with longitudinal lines and a equator surrounded in a ring of gold rays.
The tops of the box announce the location of printer Cartamundi. The bottoms feature the traditional ad copy and a upc barcode. One side announces the cards as premium playing cards. The back of the box features a one to one representation of the back design, a intricately detailed design that features criss-crossing line work, floral ornamentation, arabesque frames, and small birds.

Lacing up my shoes, heading out the door. Grab the red, grab the blue, my Cohorts in entertaining lies. To show a dark world a touch of magic and for a moment bring some light!
First, I want to thank you for making this channel. There are other planing card review channels but yours offers a level of class and sophistication that surpasses them all.
My question is: What was your favorite interview that you have done? And for a talking point: Is there any behind the scenes funny or interesting stories you could share with us that happened either durring those trips or with the person you interviewed?

I love these mini spotlight vids for decks like these - well done.
So, of course, I have a two-part question lol: First, what have you learned about the industry/community within the first year of engaging more seriously in pursuing your interest the hobby and starting your channel? And, from that, is there any insight or words of wisdom you could provide to others just starting out?? As always, thanks TGW - you're great and I hope you're doin' well :D

Question : who is your favorite magician (I mean, biggest inspiration) ?
Bonus question (or more likely, a request) : Can you do more interviews like the one with Alex Pandrea, please ? I also love this kind of content !

What marking system do you prefer on a "marked deck"? Do you like the "reader type" like this Cohorts and Adam's Keepers? So, all you have to do is look at the card and spot the H and Q (Queen of Hearts). Or do you prefer a marking system like the Mint deck by 52Kards? For that deck, you can't figure out what the card is unless you know its marking system. So, which is it?
