Love the new intro 🤟 As a long time ranger fan since the 90s this is one of my favourite builds to date! I can't wait to see the other helmets and ranger bits finished and hopefully the whole White Ranger Concept suit complete 🔥 Little tip (If you need it) as you've helped me so much. With your Cura supports if you change the 'Support Z distance to between .04-.06 and support interface pattern to zigzag. Your supports will come off with 0 effort and not leave a lot to tidy up. Really helps with post processing.

I'm sure you can imagine that is likely because of the passing of JDF and there is still a lot of tribute going out to him and Power Rangers in general. I can't wait to see Saba complete...maybe do some engraving (via cad?) on the blade that says in memory of Jason David Frank or something, that would be great to see.

It has been a BLAST! Now I am trying to learn to finish statues done in FDM because I can go a lot BIGGER on a Kobra Max or SV 03 than I can on my Mono X.
I love the Power Rangers. I have 6 of their helmets sitting 3 feet away from me on display. Since you convinced me to buy a Ender 3 Max Neo. I think I need to break it in, with this helmet.
could use a paper guide to cut the visor out flat then shape it with the one you printed out so it can have its rigidness tho it would be really cool to see one of your helmets with a transition visor like a one way glass

I've been wanting to make my own Green Ranger helmet for YEARS, to say nothing of making the Gold Zeo Ranger's helmet, but right now I need to get my printer up and running again, One of the other hurtles I need to overcome is that I like to model the stuff that I 3D print myself and my ambition sometimes eclipses my skill level with modeling.

I think you should consider making a Robo Knight ranger helmet from Megaforce. I found an old toy of the Robo Knight in a box of old toys and I couldn’t help but think about making a full body cosplay (or even just a helmet or sword) of it.
Bro the helmets sick!!!!! Although the only thing I do not like about it is how the black just cuts off on the back. It would be dooppe if the black came out as the same flame shape as the rest of the helmet 😃
You should check out Carlos’ other work of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. His design look so much better than what were in the movies and tv show. A company is working on turning his designs into statues. Right now they’ve only made White, Red, Pink, and Blue.
This one was absolutely amazing!!! I'm going to try it myself with my ender 3 pro and see if I can replicate this one, my favorite ranger was white and green so to own a helmet would be a dream come true!
If you do a full white ranger armor suit like the one from art station you should try it with 3d printable flexible resin or filament. This way you can make it feel like a second skin and with the new Elegoo Max 3D printer it shouldn’t be to difficult to achieve

I was a fan of the psycho rangers from the in space series. So that would be dope to see. Also at the visor point you mentioned your vacuum former but then it seems you just cut out the visor like a stencil so that was a bit odd, did you not use it? Overall love the build though and as always cant wait to see more!
Can you go over a little more on how to put in straps/what kind of straps to use? I have the Nikko files for the helmets and they come in 2 pieces. I’m not exactly sure how to get the 2 pieces together. Thanks! Loved watching this build!
