Great job!
I heard it on a RUclips called Low Intensity Vibration Therapy: New Hope For Cancer and Bone Health. Interviewed by Margaret Martin, Physical Therapist on line about 30 minutes into the interview. For a few minutes after that.
Hi Courtenay, I believe that Dr. Beck's research is more comprehensive and current and found no benefit from the vibration therapy.
Very informative interview! Thank you.
You're so welcome. Glad you liked it. Dr. Beck is a jewel!
The was an EXCELLENT interview. Thank you, Holly, for sponsoring this presentation and to Dr. Beck for taking the time to talk to all of us.
Thanks so much for your message. I think we all gained so much good information.
Thanks for the interview great information. How often would you wear a weighted vest?
You're welcome I don't think she mentions that.
I heard that in the EU they have approved Low Intensity Vibration as treatment for Osteoporosis. Did they not do trials to be able to claim this?
I believe that Dr. Beck debunked that and said that vibration was not effective.
Most trials to date on that tech have some industry related funding. Study findings can still be of value but good quality independent studies in future will be helpful.
Since I already have a Power Plate, I will continue to use it as I am seeing the instructions of certain on RUclips. I do resistance training 3 hours a week with a trainer. I will keep records of how I use it. I understand what you are saying. Also use a PEMF 2 hours a day as per Dr. William Pawluk and keeping records on that.
Dr. Yoni Whitten is the guidance I use for the Power Plate as per his information 5 months ago called Build Bone Density FAST on RUclips and he also gives his research.
