Warning- and alert system of the Scheldt and recent pollutions

During the Joint Expert Group on Water and Industrial Accidents (JEG) Seminar on emerging risks in accidental water pollution: focus on natural hazard-triggered accidents (5 October 2022), Leon Dhaene, Secretary-General of the International Scheldt Commission, delivered a presentation at the third session on innovative approaches to limit the consequences of accidental water pollution events, notably “Warning- and Alert System of the Scheldt and recent pollutions”.
