As a woman I fear for my safety, taking a walk alone early morning and late evening especially in parks. Sad to have to accomodate the lufestyle of criminals who enjoy preying on us!

Yes, a hearing, where the state will argue no bond. The public defender will probably agree, as otherwise his client would be homeless. The judge will say no bond regardless;ess of what the defense wants, as this is a high viz vic and the judges are elected and this is murder. Assuming they got the perp dead to rights.
That's procedural. He is not convicted after due process. The hearing may just be a formality where evidence, if overwhelming, and his flight risk would be evaluated for a possible release. But, in serious cases like this where so much randomness and brutality involved, any bond may be refused or set so high, he won't make it.

Yeah, I've had false domestic violence charges lobbed against me, and they were dropped. I didn't go murdering anyone or dismembering bodies, even though I was a bit more mad at the world for allowing all the injustice that goes with having all the false allegations against me and having a judge in a civil court "believe all women." I had to spend a lot of money, jump through a lot of hoops, and lose many freedoms because one person decided to tell some stories, even though my lawyer proved she lied about a great many things. Of course, nothing happened to her. I guess the courts don't mind being lied to and taking away rights and freedoms for innocent people.

Sometimes, domestic violence charges dismissed means, some lying 304 tried to lie on a man and ruin his life over a breakup from that toxic woman when all he wanted to do was gather his things and leave in peace. But instead of just being an adult and just letting the man leave and be on his way, the childish, petty, and toxic woman blocks the door, hits him, tells him he ain't going nowhere to the point where he literally has to get physical and wrestle her away from the door just to leave, only to have the police show up at his house later saying he's accused of domestic violence when the toxic woman was the violent one. And thank God the police saw through her bullcrap when some of her own friends and family members told the police and the judge the truth causing those fake charges to be dropped.
Stop putting people in a box because every situation is different, and truth be told women commit the most acts of domestic violence leaving men no choice but to get a little physical to defend ourselves because this feminist injustice system promotes to women that they can do what they want and get a lap on the wrist while a man could do the same crime as a woman and get years. Yeah, I've had false domestic violence charges lobbed against me, and they were dropped. I didn't go murdering anyone or dismembering bodies, even though I was a bit more mad at the world for allowing all the injustice that goes with having all the false allegations against me and having a judge in a civil court "believe all women." I had to spend a lot of money, jump through a lot of hoops, and lose many freedoms because one person decided to tell some stories, even though my lawyer proved she lied about a great many things. Of course, nothing happened to her. I guess the courts don't mind being lied to and taking away rights and freedoms for innocent people.

Oh no, because of the daily things going on I actually had forgotten I saw pleas to find her. The one report I did see, had so many speak highly of her and really hoped for a positive outcome for her and that young man who works for google or sometype of high end company like that. He is also missing (as far as I know).
