I always thought Arash wasn't a strong Servant in the game. This scene in the movie proved me wrong. It doesn't matter how strong of a legend you are, it matters in how strong your will as a hero can triumph in the face of certain destruction. My respect for Arash jumped a hundredfold during this scene.
In lore Arash is actually a better Archer than most Archers purely out of his skills, not by Noble phantasm or other shenanigans, he's just that good, his archery surpassed those mythical servants like Chiron and such.
Well his NP was altered from the game, it has a concept effect to it, based on his history and myth that he as he was dying fired an arrow that ended a war. So in that scene to stop the fighting it cancelled out Rhongomyniad.

And as a result, she became unable to die and turned into a wandering ghost and since she held onto Rhongmyniad for a prolonged period of time, she became a Divine Spirit. But the Goddess Rhongmyniad disappeared when Bedivere returned Excalibur to her and her humanity returned. This Artoria supposedly disappeared when the singularity ended but did return for Solomons temple, possibly hijacking Lancer Artoria’s summoned and taking over the body.
I just love how simple,normal and ordinary looking the arrow is nothing fancy and yet that arrow shine brighter than light itself and to that so called spear that hold the world.
The cool thing about this stella is that it isnt a massive fucking nuclear explosion its a somewhat accurate lore depiction of his arrow ending conflict

Well, it’s actually meant to be pretty destructive. The in-game description describes it as literally splitting the land to create a border between Persia and Turan. The anti-war concept was added to the NP because of his legend, it didn’t actually have that kind of mystical effect that could compulsorily end a conflict. It’s the same deal as why he does; he died shooting this shot in his myth, so his NP would force him to die after using it no matter what measures are taken to make sure he survives (ignoring in-game mechanics like Guts). Besides that, his bond CE also said that his shot was accompanied by 7 different colors of light, so the movie is definitely taking on its own liberties here, not that that’s a bad thing. This was quite the moving scene, especially with that music.
Man this is one of those scenes that I don't know if I'll ever not tear up watching. It's not just the scene and the mood, although those are all really well set as well. I'm just so into this franchise and the lore that it's like everything behind it too.

He wasn't able to destroy the Rhongomyniad, but he did stop it. He stopped a divine weapon with a man's strength. Fate really does allow even the weakest to show off their life's work.
Arash is inspired from a mythical Persian warrior with the same name , he was the best Archer during the war between Persia and Toran , when both sides agreed to truce the tried to find a way to determine a common border so people could live in peace , Arash makes a suggestion to go on the top of Damavand mountain which was the tallest mountain in Persia and throw an arrow as far as he can , wherever the arrow lands it'll be the boarder , while trying to throw the arrow he puts all his might on it and screams loudly before releasing it , the arrow traveled for a day (some source say days) and it finally landed near oxer river which determined the territories but unfortunately it destroyed Arash's body cause he put all his strength and his life on that bow , his bravery and sacrifice is remembered and respected by the people who know him , especially the people of his motherland Iran . ( Sorry for bad English)

Damn, this was one of the most beautiful scene I've watched in anime. That touch of music makes it perfect Just realized its not the original music background sheesh...
There's also some problems with it( take it personal). Arash, with a smile on his face, burned his life to shine for single moment, a strike from hero of humanity that could match up against god. He gone, but his will, his fire, his spirit passed down to people who were saved thanks to him. That should be a heroic sacrifice, the meaning of hero. Emotion should reach climax when he shoot the arrow, go down when after seeing the price he paid then raise up again when seeing what his sacrifice left behind . But the movie made it into a emotional down from beginning to the end. I don't say that's bad, but that pure sad emotion really not go well with this scene.
One of the many things that I don't like about FGO's anime adaptations is the how they made Fujimaru Ritsuka. His game version is at least more humorous and expressive than the blank robot in here
I always hate to play arash cause when i do travel with him, there'll be this one moment that i have to order him to die with telling him to use his noble phantasm. He's like an older brother for me.... a good and a caring one in that... and i can't afford to lose him even tho i know that when servant died, they doesn't really dead. everytime I see these 1-2* servants getting such badass scenes all I can think of is how dam underappreciated and under animated they are the only I wish is after he' fired Stella it had bursted and concentrated into a beautiful missle of death that just completely shattered the divine lance

Death animation is remove so basicly is way more faster.

宝具の威力が高く一発打てば退場する性質から、繰り返すアイテム集め戦闘において主に１ターン目の雑魚を一掃し、後衛の仲間にバトンタッチする使われ方をしています。
アプリの方も楽しいですよ。オススメはしませんけど(矛盾)

It was a shot with all his might and humbleness.. The words are heartfelt..
This BGM is better than the actual movie's BGM.
There's also some problems with it( take it personal). Arash, with a smile on his face, burned his life to shine for single moment, a strike from hero of humanity that could match up against god. He gone, but his will, his fire, his spirit passed down to people who were saved thanks to him. That should be a heroic sacrifice, the meaning of hero. Emotion should reach climax when he shoot the arrow, go down when after seeing the price he paid then raise up again when seeing what his sacrifice left behind . But the movie made it into a emotional down from beginning to the end. I don't say that's bad, but that pure sad emotion really not go well with this scene.
True, we should feel proud and determined after that grand sacrifice. Still the only good part of the movie
One of the many things that I don't like about FGO's anime adaptations is the how they made Fujimaru Ritsuka. His game version is at least more humorous and expressive than the blank robot in here

that tiny ass arrow didn't even have some glowing tip or noting, and it went 'weeeeeee' into this huge ass spear of light coming from the sky
I always hate to play arash cause when i do travel with him, there'll be this one moment that i have to order him to die with telling him to use his noble phantasm. He's like an older brother for me.... a good and a caring one in that... and i can't afford to lose him even tho i know that when servant died, they doesn't really dead. But that's why.... i don't want to see him die over and over...

everytime I see these 1-2* servants getting such badass scenes all I can think of is how dam underappreciated and under animated they are the only I wish is after he' fired Stella it had bursted and concentrated into a beautiful missle of death that just completely shattered the divine lance

Arash s real life story is very sad , he fought so many foes by himself making the enemy think there was more than one archer ,
to distract them so they don’t find the weaker village and dragged the enemy away from woman and children , , he was a great Persian hero ❤❤❤
