Hi gopal .... Interval training is also of three types Hight intensity Medium intensity Low intensity... And iske according conditions change ho jati hai... Work for basic endurance, speed endurance, strength endurance, like this... Ye video TGT-PGT level ke liye hai isliye jyada deep ni bataya hai... Interval training me incomplete intervals or breaks hote hai and repitition me complete break hota hai... For full recovery
Yes you are correct but it again depends upon purpose of the work If we do high intensity with more recovery then we will result in Speed or Explosive strength High intensity less recovery - Strength endurance Low intensity with no recovery - basic endurance Do it depends
