Lenovo tab TB- X103F factory reset

How i did a factory reset on my Lenovo tab, model: TB- X103F,
ZA1U0014BG.
Factory reset, also known as hard reset, is a quick and easy way to restore your devices to their original factory settings. This operation erases all personal data from the device and makes it 100% clear. For example, if you have a problem with your Lenovo tab x103f : Running slowly, Freezes or does not respond Virus infection, It is stuck on the boot screen Randomly restart or restart the problem after updating the firmware Common errors, system and application errors, etc ... Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is a security feature for Android devices running Lollipop 5.1 or later. If you want to reset your device to factory defaults, make sure you know your Google Account and password, since you'll need to sign in at the end of the reset. Make sure that the charging time of the device is at least 70%. To remove the FRP lock, sign out of your Google Account. Use the Backup and Restore option to back up your data. After a few minutes, the device will restart and the factory data reset will be completed. The first opening may be slightly longer than usual. On the welcome screen, sign in to your Google Account and start restoring your data or set as new. if you forgot your email address and password don't do it this method ! because your phone gets a FRP lock! All operations described are at your own risk.thank you

I tried to do that but the tablet has no battery and when I charge it it turns off and on all the time and never charges, what can I do?

das habe ich auch alles so gemacht, aber jetzt will er die Benutzerdaten vom Vorgänger wissen ... woher soll ich die jetzt nehmen??? das Googlekonto ist noch vom Vorbesitzer aktiv ....
