- Silverstone is one of Formula One's best and most iconic tracks, and racing around Silverstone in F1 is no easy feat. In this video, I am giving you key pointers for each corner and sector on this track, as well as a baseline car setup. 9/10 guide. Could be 10/10 if you called them sausage kerbs as they are correctly named
Good vid with helpful tips
just got a 1.25.1 around the track :D
Thanks for this mate. Would be great if you could show us the telemetry
Well done bro! Nicely presented
Is it possible to show the speed of the car?
So that it can give us an understanding on how fast we can go in a corner.
Other than that it's an amazing video!
these are the most helpfull vids ever ty
Thanks for the help it was a really good video
Cool thanks
Please make a video discussing shift points.
How much brake pressure do you use into the first right-hander in s3
I have a 1.27 round the circuit. Does your set up work with a pad
yes it should
@@griddrop thank you
@@griddrop I play on ps4. It's impossible to do your record with a controller.
Hi, I'm terrible at F1. just seem to be miles from any decent times. Does your setup only work with the RedBull car?
It's not a setting I can use, I just oversteer and spin out. But, this is because I am rubbish!!
no you can use it with any car
Trail braking and gently pushing the throttle coming out of the corner is key. Also lower your front brake bias to 56%
You have to be careful in throttle. If you grab too much too soon the cars tires are going to spin instead of getting traction. Also you have to be gentle with the steering out of a corner
@@DizzyRL Will adding some traction control help at this point? I have all assists turned off, apart from pit.
@@andyw3152 yes, but I would suggest staying at medium or no traction control. The next most helpful thing is turning on auto gears but unless your just a really good driver it’ll hurt your times
Noice. I'm usually only 8 seconds slower :-D
Tried your settings in ranked mode and still enemy pilots are quicker than me. They did fast lap 1:28 whilst me 1:37. What I suppose to do?
1st and 2nd sector are really important.
Get better 🫵🏼😂😂😂😂
Addio
does this work for rain also ?
generally yes, braking inputs are a bit different
@@griddrop thx bro u are a legend, i'm learning a lot with your videos went from 60 IA to 85 with your tips
