All these administrative officers in our universities where cases of corruption are suspected should be forced to proceed on early retirement pending investigation. How can an institution of science and technology have cows with ticks!! It shows how the university is mismanaged
This is a very important matter, the whole education sector in Kenya is corrupt at ALL levels.. just walk to any primary public school and you will notice the number of private personal vehicles parked a clear indication of unexplained source of revenue with the salaries they receive.this happens to secondary school's too...

Then home with compound...i used to survive with 500 shilings for 2 weeks in university... Got helb on time and bursaries kibao.... Now rutos regime life has degraded so much....
