Protest action Heidelberg road City Deep 30/11/2023

Large waste skips have been moved into the road by angry residents, as they have not had power since Saturday 25/11/2023. (6 days).
They are blocking both directions of traffic, JMPD is seen in the video, but more man power is needed to clear the road! Ironically CITY POWER can't attend to the ongoing power outage due to the road being blocked!
