You could get around copyright problems if you only release the audio commentary track and tell listeners when to sync it up to the film. The guys behind MST3K started another company called Rifftrax which does exactly that, meaning they can riff on movies that are still under copyright.

What you are doing with Magister Craft is awesome but I think you could create something targeted for a more advanced level, the next step, by using real gameplay without a written script and commenting on things you see around and what is happening. It's an easy and nice source of input, I like watching people playing to learn their language. Sorry for the comment in english because of lazyness.
That is an excellent point--more spontaneous conversation is really helpful. Honestly, I have toyed around with the idea of doing something like a Let's Play, but opted for doing a Let's Build instead. Even that is somewhat scripted because I know what I plan to build beforehand. You really got me thinking here. I think I should just bite the bullet and do a Let's Play! Thanks for the push!
