@@JonathanRodriguez-nz9nw when was he ever in his prime lol

I love how Balotelli's transfer to Liverpool is tagged as 'one of the strangest transfer of recent times' when Liverpool got Rickie Lambert from Soton the very same window.
Balotelli is still an icon. Look at how many views this video has compared to other tifo vids
Would be good to see a video on his time at Man City. He seems to have had a happier time, even if the off field antics were similar and eventually he ended going to same way as he's done with nearly all of his clubs. Plus that means you also get to talk about his off the shoulder goal against, I think, Norwich.
It's crazy to imagine he's only 31 but has been around for so long
Liverpool was his last big chance but an iPhone is clearly more important
Rofl 🤣 sad but true 👍
true, i mean with that disastrous liverpool line up, he could shine. but no, lets have an iphone 6 instead
Klopp would never sign Balotelli, shows how far Liverpool have come since the BR days
BR didn't want him and wasn't backed properly in the market, after selling Suarez. There are multiple reports on this which are very interesting to read. :)
@@BossTutorials1 there are reports of managers not being backed in every transfer ever. no manager would turn around and say "yes thats exactly who i wanted" lmfao. just makes them weaker in their next plight.
@@BossTutorials1 We originally wanted Sanchez, but he chose Arsenal over us. Then Loic Remy, but he said no. BR was backed that summer though, we used the Suarez money to get Lallana, Can, Markovic, Lovren and Moreno. We just panicked and bought Balotelli
@@stevendchu no suarez money was not spend on the same transfer.
Remember when club had ++net spend for several years. Bcos they did not spend on suarez money yet
@@stevendchu that's not being backed if you don't replace the goals
Honestly one of the most frustrating players i have ever seen. He literally had everything you want from a huge talent but hes head never was right and thats what cost him in the end. The definition of a what if..
the iconic 'THE PIES' graffiti made it onto this... that's even crazier than watching Mario put a bib on...
This guy is one of a kind. There's never going to be another Mario. Doesn't give a single frick about anything.
Quite opposite, he did gave a lot of fricks. That's why he was so insecure.
Sometimes Joe's voice is so calm and soothing.
Gerrard said in his book on talent alone he’d take Balotelli over Kane any day. I also remember Balotelli saying he wanted to play up front in a 2 more often and when he (very rarely) played with Sturridge he played well.
Haha The Pies! Yes! This is the best researched video of all time
Looking back at his career, inspired by watching this video, there’s only one conclusion; his talent is unbelievable. Dare I say, God given. With that kind of work ethic, you won’t reach the level he did, without solely depending on talent.
I still remember when i thought *Antonio Cassano* was the biggest talent wasted by an even bigger ego i was going to see in my lifetime...
I mean, *Ronaldinho* still accomplished a lot of things before his downfall; and *Adriano Leite's* doom was depression, not ego.
Even though he achieved great things I’d say og ronaldo was football biggest what if player

Ronaldo's body suffered the consecuences of using steroids by PSV directives orders.
Both Romario absence in the '98 WC and Ronaldo's forced participation in the Final match were by Nike's orders. Their biggest star had to shine no matter what.
PSV made him consume steroids while essentially still a teenager to maximize his performance.
In his case, it wasnt his fault.
@@rexcolt9742 don’t they do Doping tests all the time?
Alvaro Recoba
@@rexcolt9742 Source on the PSV steroids? Being Dutch this is the first time I heard about it. And not a PSV supporter if worried about that.
We all have that 1 friend that is like Mario in every possible way..
Balotelli channeling the spirit of Barthez with the late night smoking sessions.
I feel like if Arsenal got him instead of Welbeck for the same price, Wenger could've worked wonders with him. So much potential and with a figure like Arsene guiding him through those supposed tough times, it may have worked out (in my head anyways lol)
Yet even through Balotelli madness and chaos, the only ever assist he would produce in his Premier league career would propel the club into a completely different era of success and that very moment is one of the greatest in premier league history.
I forgot this happened, thanks for the reminder Tifo.
It still amazes me how ballotelli's videos new or old still has a lot of views on youtube.
Greatest player of all time
The detail in this video is unparalleled
The “The Pies” reference was scarily accurate it was uncanny 😂
someone needs to repaint it badly
Ah the banter era, thank god for Jürgen
As a 19 year old at Inter, he had an appointment with his coach (Jose Mourinho) early in the morning....
He was nowhere to be found at the time of the meeting and when Mourinho called he was in France 🇫🇷 attending formula one 🏎
When quizzed by his manager about their meeting, Mario said formula one 🏎 is organized once every year but meetings in the coaches office can happen everyday.
Mario is a talent and it's a crime that he's not in a top division at his age
And today, he scored a brace against BESIKTAS
What a talent he was… when he actually applied himself, it came in moments. His brace against Germany at the euros would be his career highlight (as well as the assist to agueroooooooooo”)
Excellent use of The Pies, there.
Finally an interesting football video which is not the same as the latest news on every other channel
Awesome! Keep these up
He's like lightning, sometimes will strike like magic but Is unpredictable
wow i love mario and follow his journey hes the reason im a liverpool fan
I just watched recently American Psycho and i can just imagine at 4:12 Ballotelli seething with rage at his colleagues new phone - just like the business card scene lmao
Just a misunderstood and troubled soul. Always love him at Liverpool
lol who love balo in liverpool, it was a disaster
@@ian234234234 I do. It's a bizzare transfer and bought his name and jersey number. He could do so much more but it what it is. He scored the winner vs spurs, unlucky against United, De Gea was on his way up.
Fun fact: I used to be naive and thought that Klopp could turn Balotelli's career around. Could you imagine??? One training session and I'm positive Klopp would send Mario to a work camp!
At the end of the day most people don't "reach their potential" in the sense of only focussing on their work if they have a talent in this direction. For football players however a lot of people somehow think they'd behave different in that position just because they see some others do so.
His stay at Liverpool was far from short we really, really couldn`t wait to get rid of him and it took longer than 13 matches, We at Liverpool should`ve took heed to the video showing him struggle to put a training bib on and ending up needing help.
We were really desperate I remember. We originally wanted Remy or Sanchez, both said no, and then Sturridge got hurt. Lambert was clearly never gonna be good enough so we needed a new ST
Another thought: He can become a good mentor when gets older.
i think if when in italy the team invest heavily in his psicological he would've been a beast
"Everything is mind game!"
Balotelli couldn't beat his own mind
And yesterday, he scored amazing 2 goals against Turkish Champions and made 3-0 comeback!!!!!
I like how these videos give the story behind the stories.
This is why hardwork overweight talent
Proves that the brain is still important even in sports ⚽️
Him and David villa were my favourite players when I was 10 years old, I was waiting for balotelli to make a comeback, for a long time now😕
The enigma the legend that is balotelli will never die
Six weeks? It was clear to me before he even signed....it doesn't matter how big the engine in your Ferrari is if it has no wheels...The sad thing was that he pushed Origi out of the team, who had so much more potential ad a better mentality. I think if Origi had had a good run in the team that season, he would have been a more regular player over the past 6-7 years...
That is why Discipline is important in order to be a success in any field.
As a scouser loved the attention to detail of the PIES graffiti on the M62
Mans really left training to go get the new iPhone 😂😂 Liverpool legend
These animations are on point lol. Had me on the floor several times 😂
I bought a Balotelli shirt at every club he played at. Only shirts on my walls
balo balo , what could’ve been. Club career aside, he was a completely different player when he had that Italy jersey on. Loved seeing him on the NT
Streets won't forget that front 3 of Lambert Balotelli and borini. Holds the record for the least threatening front 3
Can't believe balotelli is only 31
Balotelli is one of the most interesting athletes ever
Love that you got the 'pies' bridge in. 😂
okay okay no cap, I was at a the QPR game, that was one of the craziest games ever. me my dad and brother sat in the QPR section behind the goal.( my dads Liverpool fan LOL, we accidentally brought wrong side lmaoo) I saw him miss the craziest miss literally insane tap in ( talking about balootelli) but I also remember seeing Coutinho and sterling. they killed it that game. especially sterling. his pace was unmatched. fastest player id ever seen honestly. it was like the flash.... anyways my dad who is Liverpool fan and me and my bro had to hide our jerseys and wear sweaters because we were sitting in the QPR away end. after the last goal though it was clear to everyone who we supported. we left super quietly like weasels and fast after the 90th. LMAO amazing game
Balo Forever! What a legend. If you don't know or understand his background and familial context along with the fame and fortune that can ruin even the most stable professional athlete, then you should. Because it's a fascinating personal story. Super Mario is human and to err is human. But to forgive is divine!
