- Kinsey leaves her litter mates and heads home from LA to SD. She meet her new sibling Chloe who is a 10 year old American Eskimo. Their first encounter with each other is priceless. Kinsey also encounters stairs for the first time and has no problems going up or down them.

Kees puppies are just so frigging CUTE!! I got my Keeshond when he was already a young adult. The pup was so proud after making it down the steps. 😊

Our Keeshond Hobi just turned six and is one of the loveliest and sweetest dogs. Couldn't ask for a better temperament

I was always sad when people acted afraid of my sweet Yogi. A full bred Keeshond I had. He was the embodiment of God’s love ❤️. Not even a mean thought or action his whole life. I miss him sooo much. 😢
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Our fur kids are our family and the pain is real. They are the best bread anyone could ask for.

Since 1981 I’ve owned 7 Keeshonden. Best companion dogs ever. This puppy is scared to death of the spitz! Mom,pick me up!

Keeshonds are such sweet dogs. I had one who lived to be 14 and died, but damn if I don't miss him.
I know exactly how you feel. We had to put one our Keeshond's down at 7 and it was sooo hard.

Aww I volunteer at a doggy daycare and we just had a Keeshond puppy come in and she is so adorable :) I've got a beagle puppy and a Labrador
When I picked up my latest Kees I put him in the back seat - he cried.
Eventually he clambered to the front seat and onto my lap. He put a paw on either shoulder and started licking and climbing etc. I had to pull over. The cops would have thrown away the key.

I’m trying to decide between a Keeshond and a Eskie and I’m not sure which one to get! Do you find one breed to be more affectionate than the other? I’m leaning more towards a Keeshond but they are so expensive
You ask a great question...my wife and I have had three Eskie's and now three Keeshonds. Keeshond are more affectionate, especially boys and are good with families and other dogs. Eskie's can be more challenging for many different reasons.
So how long did it take before they were best buds?
It took a week or so for them to become besties...

She is a Shoreline Keeshond out of Malibu.

I had a male Eskimo and a female Keeshond, and they were great together...

Most dogs aren't good with taking pills. She had high blood pressure.

@@ILickPanda Thanks. Yeah, she (Chloe) has since past and took a lot of meds towards the end. She was a wedding gift from my brother and lived a good long life to the age of 16.
