Paul - the man who does, so we don't have to. I don't think the Super Stuff by Wham-O made it over the pond, and I did know some of the shops that imported US 'toys' to the UK. But we did get slime of some sort. The great thing was that parents really didn't get the appeal. "Why are you wasting your money on that stuff", you know, as opposed to the alchohol and smokes they chose to 'waste' their money on! So yes, it was the disgusting factor which made it extra fun.
LOL I don’t know what was more funny, you shaking the slim like that exercise weight that looks like a *cough* or the part the wife is cleaning your hands like mom would? Definitely some interesting stuff🤣🤣
I Remember This Stuff. I was 8 when it came out. Dad🤨 would not let us have stuff like this in the house because we would have it all over the place. But like your wife said, "probably why they quit making it. And like you said, "what kid is going to wait 45 minutes". I did have Silly Putty though, when I seen the name Wham-O I immediately 🤔 of a product they put out a year or two after Super Stuff don't remember the name but it would be like Super Stuff but would come already mixed, I think it was in a fat foil like tube similar to what automotive body hardener came in. Me and my brother managed to smuggle it past Dad, one of the things you could do with it is roll it into a ball, stick a straw in it and blow it up like a balloon. Did your shirt come out okay? No biggie. Like you said if it's going to have something on it it might as well be Super Stuff 😉.
One memory of it was a kid in school (3rd grade), put cold water in his and I came out all lumpy. When we were in class me and another kid heard him say "Ahh! My brains are bleeding through my body" and when we looked he had piece's of it all over himself, we laughed and got in trouble but it was still a good memory. 😆
@@pauly7218Do you remember the stuff that came in cans like varnish and you made wire petals and dipped them in it, and it dried like a plastic film? Then you could twist the petals together and make flowers. Came in pink,blue and purple and smelled like epoxy. 😃
That was the best......reminded me of Mom cleaning me off of whatever I got into......"KID ON" !....
Never heard of Super Stuff but definitely had more than my fair share of Nickelodeon Slime, having to watch hours of it with the kids.
