Спасибо огромное, способ с Talk Back действительно помог добраться до меню RUclips, однако оказалось что после сброса до заводских настроек откатилась и сама версия приложения RUclips и при попытке в уведомлениях хоть как то войти требовало обновление. Решилось при помощи другого смартфона, OTG адаптера и флешки со скачанными apk приложений последних обновлений, в поисковике прописываешь Файл, заходишь в файловый менеджер выбираешь флешку и устанавливает с неё обновлённое приложение youtube, а дальше всё как в видео поэтапно и всё заработало. Это лучший способ разблокировки из всех, что я нашёл.
