Great vid.. the waves were describe by the People of Kemet called the waters of NU. Kemet is now Egypt. I found that the metaphysical world as we know it began in Africa, the study and all the spirituality began there., thx for the vid again he gave me more insight!

I've often been the beneficiary of, and evidenced manifestations in this realm of life, but realized that sometimes out if sheer frustration and despondency, I end up criss- crossing between "through-me" and "by-me", and it does nothing but depress me further. Anyways, I'm so grateful that NOW I get it succinctly clearly....KEEP RAISING MY FREQUENCY AND MAINTAINING THAT ALTITUDE... Blessings and keep up the good work.

And yes you are right; we do get discourage when we don't see the results, however, just like a ship, it takes a while for things to start turning. Detach yourself from the outcome and don't get hooked into the current scenes emotionally, as this is what keeps you stuck. It takes some time but it works!
