I hit a 250 minor today, a total of 303 ball bonus on Golden Century on a 1.25 bet. Got my high water mark to 316 and was about to walk out when I just couldn’t. To piggy tail off the question of the day from today with a story of the day, I wanted to mention that the” by the door myth” in regards to big planned payouts was true a long time ago. My grandma would tell me all of her casino stories and one that stuck out was how at this one casino in Atlantic City; every Saturday night ,as a show let out around 8 pm, 1 of 4 specific machines in a row on the wall at random would hit the $500 jackpot when the people leaving the show would all be walking by that wall. My grandma and grandpa were teachers and that summer, she told me that they hit that “jackpot” at least every other week that Summer. They had a 2 of 4 (50% shot) of hitting it as long as they played around 8 pm on a Saturday night. Funny how times have changed a lot from back in the 70 and 80s to modern computer play today

I watch VM every day and LOVE all the guys. I think EJ does a great job as do ALL the guys. I lost my only son when he was 45 and will always miss him and watching U guys gambling reminds me of me and my son going to the casino and the fun we had together. I hit a 250 minor today, a total of 303 ball bonus on Golden Century on a 1.25 bet. Got my high water mark to 316 and was about to walk out when I just couldn’t. As for a QOTD: Can you guys tell your individual stories of at what age you each started casino gambling and more importantly it's progression to high stakes/big bets status? I like how you typically play in the 50-100 range because yes it allows you to play everyday and still keeps in interesting for the viewers.
I do like NG slots too, but playing massive bets like 300-700 per spin is not sustainable on a daily basis. Plus you perfectly demonstrated today how a 20K win can lead to a breakeven vs a massive winnage.

To piggy tail off the question of the day from today with a story of the day, I wanted to mention that the” by the door myth” in regards to big planned payouts was true a long time ago. My grandma would tell me all of her casino stories and one that stuck out was how at this one casino in Atlantic City; every Saturday night ,as a show let out around 8 pm, 1 of 4 specific machines in a row on the wall at random would hit the $500 jackpot when the people leaving the show would all be walking by that wall. My grandma and grandpa were teachers and that summer, she told me that they hit that “jackpot” at least every other week that Summer. They had a 2 of 4 (50% shot) of hitting it as long as they played around 8 pm on a Saturday night.
Funny how times have changed a lot from back in the 70 and 80s to modern computer play today
