I think the biggest difficulty is choising between phrasal verbs and standard verbs.
Blood is made up of plasma or
Blood consists of plasma.
It is difficult to understand what is better for non-native.

Yes, it's not always easy to know which one to choose. I think the most important thing for English learners is to *understand* the meaning of the phrasal verbs because native speakers use them very often. :)

@@CrownAcademyEnglish thank you so much for the information 🥰 I took an online business lesson from London some months ago and the educator was using "having plus past participle "also he used to start sentences with having with present form.I got confused alot at that time that he was talking about present or past. as I didn't study much about sentences start with having.here in my country English tutor didn't have sure about this structure could use to talk about past. thank you so much Andrew 🥰🥳🥰🥰
