This was very close to home for me- I know the transition to a new town hours from home is hard to come to terms with, not seeing your parents, change of (for me at least) environment-both literally and socially, and just being on your own. I definitely had a few breakdowns, I’m beginning to become more independent, but it takes a while. I would tell this character and anyone going through this, hang in there- it’ll get better 😊
I’m the depressed bestie right now and my roommate is trying very hard to help me deal with my break up….. lots of video games and cuddles under the 10x10 blanket…. I swear the blanket is bigger then my living room and it makes a huge difference in cuddling!
Plot twist Nyx actually really dose have depression and those are real tears and if that is true I hope he gets better soon but the audio is amazing no matter what

If life has taught me one lesson repeatedly, it's that when dealing with a big change in your life (college, moving, loss of a friend, etc), the 3rd day is usually the hardest to adjust. I was so miserable, didn't want to go anywhere or see anyone. But after the 3rd day it does start to get easier

I have had multiple people cry in my arms before, I cry in people's arms, it's all because we're depressed and sad and even though I go and talk to school counselors and my siblings, but I still feel this way and it won't stop. I try to be there for people. I've grown accustomed to being an overachieving so I don't let people down. Seriously, Nyx, you don't know how much these help me feel better. Thank you
