What does this do for the pollen, in my case there is often ants, bits of grass or dead bess in the pollen I collect, would a design like this deal with that?
There's some bee parts, leaves, grass etc. in there. It's not suitable for a face cream. I could make a pollen patie, but where I live there's plenty of pollen so I don't have the need for it.

can you give us some measurements for this box? height how far back the hole, etc. Thank you. Thank you also for posting this video.
Length 32 cm, height 16 cm, width 14 cm, hole for the funnel is 9 cm far from the back side.
@@Zuconja Thanks!
Assuming you dry your pollen? If you do what is the temperature in your dehydrator that you use?
@@babybeeapiaries8667 40 degrees Celsius and I wait until humidity drops to 10% in drying chamber.

Does the baffle you put in the bottom of the box prevent the large pollen grains from blowing out?
Yes, that's right.
Sweet. Do you feed the residue back to the bees?
No, because there's not much residues. Maybe 50 g of residues per 10 kg of pollen.
Does it blow out any dead shb?
There's no small hive beetle in my country, so I don't know if it could.
Wow and you could make pollen patties from the dust, maybe a face cream too
