The camera is actually super good in Volcana and in the Tide Pool! It insta-kills bats, imps, vampires, Vlad, jiangshi, jiangshi assassins and flying fish, triggers robots and stuns octopy and hermit crabs. Plus it brightens dark levels temporarily too. Next time you have a camera in Volcana or Tide Pool, don't be afraid to try it out! Edit: You can jump safely on octopy with boots. With spring shoes, neither of you take damage, but with spike shoes, you actually kill them.
The crown is not in the lava level, it's in Vlad's castle. You shoot it off it's mannequin while fighting Vlad then never went back to collect it while you were there.
Was gonna say, yeah he knocked it right off with a bomb and never went back for it! Aha, to be fair time was getting short after that fight so I can see easily why he'd forgotten in the heat of it. Kinda wish he'd tried out the clone gun more, sounds like a funny one!
You can drop items on your back like the jetpack. I think it's L1 while you're crouched.
