It's not all Voldemort's fault that Bellatrix went psycho. She decided to become a Death Eater, didn't she? That was completely her choice, no one talked her into doing it. She could have backed out when Harry defeated Voldemort, but she was still his most loyal servant. Personally, I think Bellatrix went crazy in Azkaban, obsessing over Voldemort for 14 years.
She's evil and I love her for it.
