I ain’t bad mouthing Chris (Babs) but I used to kick it with him a lot when he moved out here and was working at Fatbeats LA in the XL store. I seen him at the BBoy summit later down the line when he clicked up with Dialated... i was like “Yo what up?” Dude walk right pass me with his hand up and his shiny laminate vip pass like he was too famous to say hello... lost all respect but I can attest that he will act like he don’t know you he on a high horse for real.

Brah, it's a shame that when some people get a little taste of success they forget who helped them along the way and where they came from. I'm sorry to hear the story, but always stay true to yourself or you will fall for everything that comes your way! No matter the lies some tell.. Real people will always see the truth! Absolutely agree, about the need of prove it, there are questions on the fact that you are the only who knows what really happened, about you are the only who can reveal the truth or the hurt makes you view another perspectives, i mean, Is real hide the truth? I must be honest. People will talk without a complete knowledge and he must understand it too, but i think this video is just to reveal this part of the history. Hope you understand my poor english. Yo the only time I heard babu claim it was I think when Rob swift said it was babu first on 2001 scratch DVD and they probly went to him asking and he rolled with it.
DJ Cyblade Stockton California - Yo, Finally I know what happened. I would travel to update my style now and then and met Lewis at Rich's house. We even went on dates with some girls that were all cousins. A scene straight out of Happy Days but with deejay overtones. Disk is one cool cat.

DISk kick back bro. We both know that people can be fake, even when we thought the whole time that they were cool and were keeping things real. AND ITS A SAD THING WHEN PEOPLE GO OUT LIKE THIS!!!! I never heard about Babu claiming this and that, but I believe your story.
I guess what I was trying to say was, stay humble because the me me me, I, thing gets ugly after a while.

Ummm......that IS what he's getting at. Demanding that Beat Junkies take down the shirts and other merch that are for sale on their site because they have the word TURNTABLIST. Like a Cease and Desist.
Well......I certainly wasn't present for any of these things when they were created and are now being disputed......but it just seems strange to me that DISK has been on such a campaign to discredit as many things as he has LATELY. Not sure why he has waited until about 2 years ago to start setting the record straight. After all these years. I've seen other interviews where he claims to have been responsible for damn near EVERYTHING. Not to mention he also claims to have been a "Turntable Musician" since the age of around 8 years old. lol
