Ohhhh we bought an instant pot pressure cooker thanks to watching Sharon cook with hers.
I have to admit I am afraid of it. Brings back memories of my moms back in the day in Brooklyn during the 1960’s.
It looked like something in Dr Frankenstein’s laboratory.
I did try mine. Pressure cooked frozen chicken breasts in 13 minutes and used the meat for chicken salad and Mexican quesadillas

I know what you mean about condiments (as well as a lot of other food) having lost their strength. I live in Worcester, the home of the famous sauce. It used to be rich and strong but is now weak and watery.

Lee looked well happy with his new gadget. Apparently your tastes change every 10 years and I’ve always disliked English mustard but about a year ago I tried it again and now can’t get enough of it. We get our coal from Alford coal free delivery no minimum order they come to Woodhall several times a week you can get it loose or in sealed bags. Great vid as always 👍👍👍👍

I agree with your English Mustard being less powerful these days. I will try the M&S version. However have you ever tried Japanese Wasabi? It’s very similar to horseradish and if you like hot mustard you might like Wasabi and it is available in most supermarkets - not cheap but worth a tryout for your videos.

Charlie Bighams, I used to buy all the time, until it got too expensive! It is restaurant quality food, absolutely delicious, but its a treat now, not a weekly buy! Do try it though, its very very nice, particularly the curries and the chilli!
