We’re sorry to hear about the impact that tinnitus is having on your life. Acoustic CR® Neuromodulation is available at certain clinics in the UK and Europe, but is not yet available in Australia. Do seek help from your doctor who will know the local specialists in your area.
If this treatment legitimately works then it should be made available to doctors throughout the world. There are too many people, like me, suffering daily from tinnitus. It affects my mood, my job performance, my enjoyment of life - it is always there and always distracting, annoying, frustrating, infuriating - it greatly diminishes my quality of life. There are too many people in the world who need help to keep this as a regional treatment if it really works.
Acoustic CR Neuromodulation is currently only available in the UK at our Clinics and franchise partners in the UK. However, the manufacturer can be contacted at info@desyncra.com for availability of this treatment outside the UK.
Thanks for your feedback. We continue to fund research and work with other healthcare professionals to increase awareness and evidence of the effectiveness of Acoustic CR® Neuromodulation here in the UK. We hope that, in the future, this research will pave the way to the treatment being more widely available.
The Tinnitus Clinic does not have clinics outside of the UK at the moment. We welcome patients from overseas who can make repeat visits to our clinics for follow up appointments. I been having a ocean sound in my left ear for 3years I'm tired of hearning it. When my husband says something to me I have him to repeat what he said & everyone to they all get mad I just want to hear clear again
I've have this problem for many years. I combat it by "playing" an easy listening song in my head. As I relax, it temporarily goes away and I forget I have it. Then it come backs. Works for me and this helps me to go to sleep... :) Try it.
One of the greatest informational video about tinnitus! Also i love that this is a real scientific approach and in this video they describe in a scientific way how tinnitus is developed and where it comes from & most important - how it can be treated. Thank you very much for working on the tinnitus treatment!
I am pretty sure I know what caused mine. in 1968 while playing with my brothers and other kids in the yard, one of my brothers through a 6"x4"x2" in the air hard like a baseball and it hit me in the side of the head at high speed, it hurt but no blood or broken bones. Since then I have this ringing and I am 60 now and the noise is loud and can't hear over it, ear doctors said my hearing is fine but that damn noise. I actually thought this is normal and EVERYONE heard noise until I started to ask and no one said they did. It hasn't driven my crazy yet, pretty close though, but I have to have headphones on to listen to something at the office.
I have been hearing a VERY high pitched ringing constantly in only my right ear, for the last few weeks & it is driving me INSANE!!!!! I just want it to go away!!!!!
ThatOneAwkwardGirl your right ear too! I hear buzzing and I don't know if it was because of 4 surgeries or what but I only get usually 6 hours of sleep because of it!
I came across your video whilst searching examples of Tinnitus Sounds, so my wife could understand what I suffer from daily. Your video has given me a greater understanding of Tinnitus. Maybe I will have to move to The UK from Australia for help. I hope your treatment becomes Global.

The Tinnitus Clinic I went to the doctor, and he prescribed me Telfast Hayfever because I have the flu, mucus and a fever as well with Tinnitus. hopefully this is temporary.
As soon as can afford to come to England... I'll look you up... I've had tinnitus my entire adult life, and I'm 66, and a musician. Oh, to hear normally would be divine.
Wow, this makes a lot of sense. I recently went to an ENT doctor here in the US seeking help for my tinnitus. Nice guy but basically said he couldn't help me and I just have to learn to live with it. This looks like something I'd like to try.

I'm 27 and entered an extremely loud club a month ago in south Florida the acoustics were so unbalanced I remember telling my friends how loud it was and we weren't even inside. I remember most of the night the music would hit me on the left side, and now my left ear doesn't stop ringing, I wake up earlier than normal now since the ringing has become somewhat of an internal alarm. Thinking of even filing a lawsuit. But I'm happy there is research like this, unfortunately I don't have plans to live in the UK any time soon as according to the website this requires months of treatment, also there are no testimonials other than in the website. I really hope this company grows and expands to USA.
I can no longer stand to go in nightclubs or bars with live music. Even going to restaurants is torture because they are too loud. I had this for 20 years and get sound overload so badly that I have to leave and go somewhere quiet.
The treatment aims to produce a sustainable reduction in tinnitus. For more information about the results, see the case studies section of our website.
The US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has granted approval for Acoustic CR® Neuromodulation with the ANM T30 CR® Tinnitus Therapy System in the USA. However, the treatment is only currently available in certain clinics in the UK and Europe.
This is a work of pure genius. I had a bicycle tire explode in my face a while back. Before that event, I was easily capable of hearing a dog whistle, but now my ears basically stop working at 18.2kHz and I have low-level tinnitus. This was an immense bother, as I'm an audiophile and my hearing is my closest treasure of all next to my life. Now if only we could manage to reverse hearing damage, I could get back to where I used to be.
I have this 24/7 it really does get on my nerves at time sometimes i find it so loud that it takes over my hearing but it so much worse at night I think that why I have alot of trouble sleeping

I have tinitus but luckily it doesn't bother me. Whenever I remember that I have it, I can hear the ringing. But otherwise I just tune it out. I've gotten used to it. It's only a little annoying when it's really quiet around.
I suffer from the typical tinnitus ringing in the ears, but it hasn't been much of a problem. My primary issue is when I encounter either high frequency sound or very loud sound, my ears seem to vibrate, crunch and squeak, much like a speaker which has been blown out. I also experience a woosh sound, like when water exits the ear when sound suddenly stops and becomes quiet. An example would be a clap or crash sound which is instantaneous then cuts to silence , my own voice also has tended to trigger both of these occurances.
Tinnitus sucks but it’s hard to tell during the morning so you can really only notice it at night which is the only hard part about having it. Luckily my tinnitus isn’t as chronic as some others I got it via ear infection and I still have all of high school to go through with it but it’s fine as long as I try to take my mind off it. The only thing that truly annoys me is the fact I can never really focus like when the teacher is talking I hear them but I don’t listen. There is one thing keeping me going though and it’s that the ongoing studies in Michigan right now are proving to be effective but it won’t be mainstream until after I graduate in 2021 so I’m just trying my hardest to hold out until then.
There is no cure which is effective for all types of tinnitus. However, a number of our patients have found that treatment at our clinics with either Acoustic CR Neuromodulation or Tinnitus Desensitisation Therapy have reduced their tinnitus symptoms to the point where they no longer feel the condition significantly affects their quality of life. See the patient stories on our website for more information. www.thetinnitusclinic.co.uk/patient-stories
Have had ~12-15khz tinnitus for 15 years now (left ear only). Pretty sure I acquired mine when some idiot behind me at a concert two-finger whistled about 2 inches from my left ear about 25 years ago. Be very careful at concerts or fan-based events where whistling can occur at anytime. Recommend always wearing ear plugs for preventive care. If I could go back in time and tell myself this - I would. I hope I can prevent someone else from permanent damage. It is no fun at all. 24/7 pain.
i know how it feels to get that ringing sound all day along, irritating and stressful, it started in mid feb, i really got tensed and eventually told my mummy about this, next day me and my dad went to the doctor, i was getting goose bumps , really scared of what if i had to deal with it all life, but my doctor explained me that tinnitus is not a disease, it is a symptom of various other ear related problems, we just have to know about the main problem and treating it, would get us rid of tinnitus, at last it came out that in my case it was due to blockage of ear canal by ear wax for longer time, i got my ear canal cleaned, painful, for a week i took medicines and now it is march and that sound is going day by day, now i can barely hear it, doctor said it will be completely gone in some days........
I have it, I'm only 21 and I've had it about 4 months so far. I've been sitting here crying at the fact that this is going to be permanent. Mine is so loud it makes me feel as though I'm going to vomit. I've signed up on the website, got an email back now I'm going to get checked one more time at a different doctor. If they say the same damned thing as the last 3 times I went, I'm officially going to be a new patient at this clinic.
I have ringing in my ears 24/7, it is driving me crazy. It has gotten so bad I can’t sleep or concentrate at work. I hope you guys open a clinic in the US.

I just found this. I have have tinnitus for 30 years or more. When younger I had such sensitive hearing. I could hear things no one else could. And now I can nearly hear anything. My sound is “i describe as whit noise”. Like the noise of a tv channel that lost its signal. In both ears. All the time, 24/7. Loud. I guess I need to travel to the U.K..

I recently developed tinnitus, it started very soft then I came down with sinus congestion with severed headaches, for 6 days I took medication. After I recovered from the sinus congestion then I realized that this sound got louder in my head, it wasn’t temporary. The medication worsened my situation. I hear this sound day and at night, but when I’m focused doing something its like it’s gone. I forget the sound. Before all of this I had a vertigo sensation, the stuff of sci-fi. That’s when the small sound started. I should have seen a doctor, maybe they could have done something. I think my condition is connected to meniere decease. It loud in stereo, and my hearing is normal from low to abstract sounds. But the sound matches some of the unofficial sound test. But I heard this sound in the past, and it left, but this time it’s taking its time
I get the ringing in my ears but I also, and this mainly happens in the mornings or when I wake up but sometimes I get a loud static sound almost like back in the day if you changed the channel on a old TV but you didn't get that channel, that sound. Its very weird when it happens.
I have my from a real bad could that transfer the infection from my sinus to my ear, miserable times back then, did not want to live with that for the rest of my life , the good news is that we can get used to and have a normal life, my noise is 24/7 but it only shows up when I think about it. I sleep well ,some times I forget that I have this condition, just want to encourage to all the ones that just got ringing on the ear that you really get used to.
I was told that double blind study from Nottingham showed that your device helps 41% of suffers and placebo helps 40 %. In other words, double blind study proves that your device is not helpful more than placebo. Is this correct ?
Unfortunately, due to what the sponsors, Nottingham University Hospital Trust have described as "weaknesses in its design and conduct,” the results of the trial are not scientifically robust and will not be published. You can read more about the trial and its evaluation in this statement from the Nottingham Hearing Biomedical research unit www.hearing.nihr.ac.uk/research/a-systematic-evaluation-of-the-acoustic-cr-neuromodulation-treatment-for-ti
EXCELLENT VIDEO !!!! sounds expensive, I think I'm going to move to ENGLAND, you should post warnings that experimenting with sounds in your already damaged hearing system is not recommended, see a professional do not attempt this at home!EXCELLENT VIDEO !!!
I've had it off and on for years, but in the last year it has gotten worse in my right ear. It keeps me awake. When I turn my head to the far right, or hang my head between my knees the sounds will stop. How strange is that!
At this time, Acoustic CR® Neuromodulation is only available at certain clinics in the UK and several other European locations (Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary and the Netherlands).
very clever, Those prices need to go down, I am 19 and I can not afford treatments over £1000, This needs to be cheaper and more available, would this be possible in the future?
Thank you for this video. Been suffering from tinnitus from 2009. when it will come India, Bangalore. ? please make more informational video like this. You guys are doing awesome job.👌👍

Very interesting info. But what is The Tinnitus Clinic exactly? Does it perform medical research on the problem or is it simply the manufacturer/vendor of this form of treatment? How long has this device been used on patients, and how reliable is the data available on the results of such treatment? Thanks.

Why does the ATA not get on board with this treatment? If it's so good why keep it in Europe and not world wide! Just a question please answer! Tennitus awareness week is comming up and programs like this should be shared world wide! Hope who ever runs this program will give some feedback to my question? Oh yes is this system Bly made for single tones? As most people with tennitus has have multiple sounds how can this key board idea work? Jon

is this only available in the UK?, just wondering because i am a sufferer of tinnitus and am really holding tight for something to break through, as i cannot deal with this for much longer, its driving me insane, absolute no quality of life and this time of my life and i really am looking desperatly for something to either reduce or even cure, but just something. i hope something like this becomes available in Australia soon! .

The only positive I can possibly think of having tinnitus is that I'm absolutely sure that my heart is beating, at least. Constant whooshing sound in right ear that is in sync with heartbeat.

Sucks having this when you can't sleep right and messes up your whole life.i have had to lose alot of sleep and still do and made my vision a little bad. One thing I notice that helps was when some days I wake up and I hear things too loud and it completely blurs out the ringing. Maybe very small surgical hearing aids can help in the future.

The Tinnitus Clinic can I get the treatment in Kenya?
The Tinnitus Clinic does not have clinics outside of the UK at the moment. We welcome patients from overseas who can make repeat visits to our clinics for follow up appointments.

I been having a ocean sound in my left ear for 3years I'm tired of hearning it. When my husband says something to me I have him to repeat what he said & everyone to they all get mad I just want to hear clear again

Keelie Matthewson same ...
Keelie Matthewson same
same with me :(
same, i thought everyone heard it
Me too. That high frequenzy ring. I just tried to match my frequency before watching this video. It was about 14kHz.
I am glad that there is people who dedicate themselves to helping people. hope to be one
I've have this problem for many years. I combat it by "playing" an easy listening song in my head. As I relax, it temporarily goes away and I forget I have it. Then it come backs. Works for me and this helps me to go to sleep... :)
Try it.
It hasn't driven my crazy yet, pretty close though, but I have to have headphones on to listen to something at the office.
that's why I hear high pitched noises in silence :O
Damn you tinnitus! You are a cruel mistress!
I have been hearing a VERY high pitched ringing constantly in only my right ear, for the last few weeks & it is driving me INSANE!!!!! I just want it to go away!!!!!
ThatOneAwkwardGirl do you have problems today? how long does it last? :(
Tira Kolman I always do & it lasts all day long, I don't notice it as much when there is noise but I can still hear it & it is driving me insane
ThatOneAwkwardGirl i had noises for 1 week but they dissapeared. i hope that you'll get better :)
Tira Kolman Awe, thank you!! I am glad that it disappeared for you after one week :D
Thank you for the feedback. If you are looking for more information about the results of the treatment, you can find patient stories on our RUclips channel homepage and in the patient story section of our website, www.thetinnitusclinic.co.uk/patient-stories

Great! Thank you very much!
This video is amazing. It's informative, has a good tempo, looks and sounds great, and gives me hope to lose my tinnitus.
During the initial stages of Acoustic CR® Neuromodulation treatment, patients will wear the Neurostimulator for four to six hours every day.
26 and have my left ear blown out too. Have had steroid injections and several other treatments. Hopefully this branches out this way.
How have the steroids worked?
I can no longer stand to go in nightclubs or bars with live music. Even going to restaurants is torture because they are too loud. I had this for 20 years and get sound overload so badly that I have to leave and go somewhere quiet.
DanielC331 hi, also attended a concert 1 week ago and it won't go away. What has happened to you ever since?
Daniel del Reino wish we could get this machine in the US
Please make one here in the U.S. you guys are my only hope!!!
Did your tinnitus get better?
Now if only we could manage to reverse hearing damage, I could get back to where I used to be.
wow! finally a very good film which explains what i have! thanks, now i can show this to the people around me who don't understand what i have!

Wow, with the clinic and the whole thing? This is amazing, I'll be there on monday in the afternoon, thx for this information.
a question from 2 years later, did you go? how is it now?
Victor Bracho hi there how did you get on ? Thanks
An example would be a clap or crash sound which is instantaneous then cuts to silence , my own voice also has tended to trigger both of these occurances.
have you had a nose injury? I had a deviated septum and underwent nasalplastey surgery and my problem is much better now.
Ben Treinen your ears are literally just like mine only my tinnitus is like static.
Ben Treinen I also have this. Just as you described
omg same problem with me 😭
Yes same as mine. What is this type of tinnitus?
My ringing gets so loud that I ask, jokingly, if my son or daughter can hear it also.
Nice video. I hope it will help some people with their tinnitus related stress and anxiety.
I have had tinnitus for all of my life. I do not remember ever being without it. I have never heard of it being "cured."
This treatment is available now in the UK, Germany and several other European countries. For current UK treatment prices, see our website.
Thank you, Ms. Announcer, for pronouncing "tinnitus" correctly!
If they say the same damned thing as the last 3 times I went, I'm officially going to be a new patient at this clinic.
is it gone?
Did it help? Please let us know.
Did it work?
I have ringing in my ears 24/7, it is driving me crazy. It has gotten so bad I can’t sleep or concentrate at work. I hope you guys open a clinic in the US.

I just found this. I have have tinnitus for 30 years or more. When younger I had such sensitive hearing. I could hear things no one else could. And now I can nearly hear anything. My sound is “i describe as whit noise”. Like the noise of a tv channel that lost its signal. In both ears. All the time, 24/7. Loud. I guess I need to travel to the U.K..
The ANM Neurostimulator is only available to patients treated at one of the partner clinics, where it can be fitted by a trained audiologist. It is not available for purchase online.

I sleep well ,some times I forget that I have this condition, just want to encourage to all the ones that just got ringing on the ear that you really get used to.
this seems too good to be true wow, do they have this in Australia?

Very interesting info. But what is The Tinnitus Clinic exactly? Does it perform medical research on the problem or is it simply the manufacturer/vendor of this form of treatment?
How long has this device been used on patients, and how reliable is the data available on the results of such treatment?
Thanks.

The only positive I can possibly think of having tinnitus is that I'm absolutely sure that my heart is beating, at least. Constant whooshing sound in right ear that is in sync with heartbeat.
I’m only 16 and I have this ringing I need help plzzz
Ooohhh! The idea of prescription personalized signals is wild

I've had this for so many years and I'm 13 right now and I'm hoping this could stop it, this feeling isn't nice 😔
Brayan Ruiz I feel bad for you kid. Hang in there. Have you found any other type of relief?
I have now to im 18
I've had it for 10 years. And caused by my stupidity working around loud noises and not wearing hearing protection
Any new international partnerships will be listed on the ANM medical website.
IS THERE A CLINIC IN MEXICO ?...my Dad and I have tinnitus problem. I had a noise buzzing sound for about 2 years and my Dad also had this condition for more time. is there going to be a clinic in MEXICO in some future?

Well I have several questions:
1) Are there any plans for FDA approval here in the USA?
2) Have there been any trial studies conducted in the USA?
3) If so, where were the results published for my review?
4) Does this treatment help Multiple Sclerosis patients?
_Thank You_
