Excellent and elaborate. Perfect video that was long needed. I have 2 Questions: (1) You gave the overall dimensions of the bed. Can you please give dimensions of each partion as well? I want to know about the length of each partion coz width and breadth will remain the same. (2) When you sleep inside the car, do you keep your car engine on with AC or you switch it off and just run the fan?
Thank you Ankur for your comment! 1) the mattress is 6 feet in length and 4 feet in width with 3/4 inch thickness. It’s a good quality foam for comfortable sleeping. 2) we keep engine and AC on while sleeping with air flow off so that outside air can rotate inside car.

ok, length is 6 feet so it is divided into 3 parts of 2feet each. This way it is easy to carry and store.

For this kind of bed setting why didn’t you buy xuv700 …why you choose scorpion n
Our requirement was for good 4x4 vehicle and Scorpio N was good option, XUV700 didn’t meeting our criteria. It is more inclined to luxury.

@TheTourerFamily I have a Z4 aur I too travel a lot, not a youtuber but have covered multiple places in south india. Safety and convenience pe koi issue nehi aayi
@ that’s great to know! My safety concern and convenience is from car’s point of view like AT transmission, 6 airbags, ESP, Traction control, 4x4 modes, automatic differential etc.
Scorpio is like small tank of the road.

What about bathroom and shower?
For bathroom we stop at highway dhabas, hotels. Shower is done once we take hotel after 2-3 days.

question - Is it safe to stay in car in night in India, as so many drunk guys generally disturb or may be police can come to check or you have to take permit on specific places?
It’s not safe everywhere to stay on the roads at night. We normally stay near the toll boots where there are shops and hotels open all night. There will be moving traffic all night and police patrol will near by. There are more precautions need to be taken while staying with family.

Am planning to buy a Scorpio n z8 select. We are 6 in the family. Is the 2nd row comfortable? And 3rd row is it okay to travel for 250 kms ?
Z8 select is good option, 2nd row is good for 3 people while only kids will be comfortable in the 3rd row.
