We cannot look at govt budget at any snapshot before Jan next year as tax income is normal received between Jan and March next year, so there is no meaning to interpret the data like this. 4 months expenditure of 240 billion, i e. 60 billion a month and 720 billion a year, which is the normall govt annual expenditure. Actually the govt spending has dropped significantly after the Covid years. So dont be affected by those KOL who always bad mouth Hong Kong, they like to take snapshot and magnify many times to scare people. Get your information from economic data, not the media, which tends to be biased towards negative to get hit rate.

我個人認為香港未能吸引大陸以外旅客，原因有許多：一，外國人有取得大陸簽證的困難，以及大陸本身有好多措施令到佢難玩咗。唔去大陸自不然唔嚟香港。認識有一些日本人其實都係香港迷，以前個個月都要嚟一次，現在因匯率問題。香港貴咗好多。台灣人都時常嚟，不過一開口國語，有許多反映。。。。。其中還有一個原因香港唔再係令人想起就係一個快樂的地方。自己人都唔快樂，面口自然衰。旅遊本身係尋找歡樂，有得選擇當然去快樂的地方。
汇率是大問題，美國減息其他外幣會升一些。

@@rebchan8664 我基本上是認為一個地方應不斷發展，但一定要在人口增長的大前下。現在的情況下，我們沒有發展明日大嶼的急切性。我們香港家底不在政府儲備而在外汇基金，房價的升降主要在利率。以香港目前人口減少的情況下，沒有必要大花金錢去起基建，外人亦不會因為香港多了個機場，多了地鐵或多了房子來香港發展，我們不是從零到一階段

諗多咗，香港旅遊唔會復甦。因為已經同大陸同質化。景點仲要俾大陸少。唔會有旅客俾溢價來香港。除非消費物價同大陸看齊。到時做酒店應該得1萬人工😂
