Tacoma, WA Police Abusing Authority (Officer Michael Galvin)

Tacoma police come in and throw me on the ground and accuse me of resisting arrest, one min after I move all my furniture out of the way (this is when the video starts) for the fire department to smash into the buildings unused chimney to remove a crack head somehow stuck inside.

More information is needed to decide on your status as a "victim" in this incident. Who called for fire/police? Why were they called? Why was someone in your wall? We need answers and we need them now.
