This was super helpful because it is so easy to get lost in the massive amount of frameworks Python has. Thanks for going through which ones are used for which jobs.
After learning python, I have to learn other tools too. Does it not take too much time? and the main problem is the company wants who has an IT graduate and has many years of experience.
w/o degree and experience you might want to learn VBA. Visual Basic for Applications, apps being Excel mostly. If you have certifications it could help too. Some companies are trading degree requirements for experience, skills, certifications in aws, ms, google....
You need to be learning the tools at the same time as python or any other language. you will most likely use a good chunk of them by LEARNING python, unless you're doing super simple lines of code that wouldn't require either API's or imports... which wouldn't help you in anyway. if you're trying to go in a specific direction for python, look into the specific career path and generally what extras they tend to use - whether that be Linux/crapple/windows, do you need to use API's often 9and which ones are best to focus on), what sort of databases etc..
Sir I have Django and MySQL installed on my machine and I'm able to query data from the db offline but my question is how do I host my Django website online 🙃
Would machine learning engineer be a good path for someone with out college degree. I’m really interested in this field and I know it’s built on lots of prior knowledge ie. calculus, linear algebra , Python and various libraries. My question is can someone go straight into machine learning engineering or is it more plausible to start as a data engineer ?
You would have a tough time against those who have math degrees, etc. its not to say its impossible, but i would say you need to have some pretty damn decent things to show for yourself before. also, start networking - a lot of jobs are given to those who have connections > those who don't know anyone in the field. anything to do with data will have you doing more mathematical stuff, being able to manage lots of information in a detailed and timely manner but you can do it if you really enjoy it!
@@lovathon6365 Appreciate the reply! I'm planning on getting some credentials that could help my case, and hopefully network through those programs. I'm 24, and I feel like its late for me to go to college for machine learning. I only want to learn the subject matter & related content in ML and not have to take university or CC classes that are unnecessary. I taught myself 3d modeling and animation, and consider myself proficient with the design workflow. I've even been able to get project commissions. I'm competent with markup language, built myself a portfolio/store website for my work. I know some basic Python too. Machine learning is a complicated field, no doubt, and lots of talent. I've always been a computer/tech enthusiast and I want to study and learn more about the ML field. Maybe I'll have to consider the traditional route, but for now I'm navigating the resources out there.

Unfortunately, in most cases you're going to have a better chance if you're of a certain age and nationality. Managers of a certain nationality tend to hire those types.
#codebasics Im working on python backened and after giving some interviews I realized python alone is not sufficient as a back-end developer .Could you please provide some path or is learning aws cloud good or something else ?
Sir, I am just confused in realizing whats the best fit for me. I am a post graduate in civil engineering from IIT and been an aspirant of UPSC. With a stagnant career(jobless) for almost 4 years, want to transition to the field of ML and AI. I have followed your courses and I have good grasp of math + python programming (good for a non-CS student). What is the best fit for me? Data scientist or data analyst or data engineer? I love to build models in python. Any guidance is very much appreciated.
You should try Data Analyst my friend. Do not waste your time with data scientist or engineer careers, trust me. Data analyst is the best option for you. later you can move to data scientist or engineer role.
UI UX is also a good career option. It is best for people who do not want to do coding and like creativity and visual design. You can try this out for few months and if you feel that it excites you then go for it.
