I don't remember this race being as good as it was.Very competitive towards the finish.Little Al was completely unapologetic about the incident with Emmo on Lap 110.Completely forgot about Mario breaking a half-shaft that close to the finish.This track WAS an improvement over the previous Meadowlands course.Sort of a short oval with a couple of chicanes and sweeping turns.
Jackie Stewart is great, especially breaking down the Fittipaldi/Unser crash. I'm just working through old Indycar road races and wasn't expecting to enjoy this one as much as I did. The course is interesting.

Jackie using the excuse of 'bright eyed and bushy tailed' for booting Emo off was bizarre...Jr was a very experienced Champ car driver at this point and it was a terrible pass. If that was today's soap opera F1 there'd be at least a 10 sec penalty, and a week of screaming lol.
