I have been all over the internet looking for THIS TUTURIAL!!! I needed this to send to my beautician but I didn't have a name for it. I kept looking up micro braids, or curly braids. Finally fell upon your video when I put tree braids in the search. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! YOUR HAIR IS FULL AND BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE I NEED!!! AGAIN You are gorgeous. Thank you!!!
You are so welcome! I’m glad you finally found what you were looking for and that I was able to help you. This was my 2nd video on Tree Braids and I learned a how lot after trying these out my first round.
Lacing braids 😂
This is my go to style but I moved away from my braider. I have watched your video 5 times and now I have the courage to do my own. You did an amazing job on your hair. Yes please record every single time! 😅
You can do it! Thank you for watching and I hope your hairstyle turned out great!
This is my favorite hairstyle it's easy to style and manage.
I absolutely agree with you
❤❤❤ you did that!!! I want to wear this for my wedding
Aww that would be pretty! Thank you can have the option to style it up or down
I love this! Been obsessed since I first saw Tree Braids.
Same!!
You nailed girl👏🏽because of this video you gained a follower 🤗
Aww thank you!
This video helped me win my argument about goddess braids , vs. tree braids and not the “Bora Bora “ braids. ❤❤❤
Girl yes I will be putting my natural hair up in here
That’s what’s up 🫶🏽
I absolutely love these on you!!! This is going to be my spring hairstyle. Thanks for sharing all of your tips to make it easier to do. ❤️
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching.
Can you do these but with human hair? I so love to see this! This is definitely your signature look! Suits you so well! X
I absolutely want to do these with human hair! This hair style is so cute to me. Thank you for watching and thanks for the love 💕
Yes it last longer….
I LOVE it!
I love this! This is my favorite color blend for braids… i need to try this on someone. Great job and thanks for the tips.
You are so welcome
Go tubal you so very much for this video. This used to be my signature style back in the 80s and 90s. Don't know why I moved away from it because I absolutely LOVE the style. It is very simple and easy to manage. I always had mine done work humane hair though. Lol Going to attempt to do this myself. Can i use larger side box braids? I have thining hair with traction alopecia so the small braids are no Bueno for me. 😢 If not recommended, I'll try the cornrows tree braids. Thanks! ❤
So glad I found this!
Yes I have to find someone in my area that does tree braids, I never heard of tree braids before but I want them bad!!!😂😂😂👀👍🏽
They aren’t hard to do at all, you should be able to find someone and they don’t take much time to do either.
Loves this, they’re beautiful! ❤
Thank you very much.
Your hair looks beautiful! Thank you for the tutorial!
You are so welcome!
How long did this take you ? It’s so beautiful! Perfect for the spring ❤
It took about 6-7 hrs total. But I didn’t do them straight through.
I’m on my hair now. It’s coming out great. My only issue is I’m half way done. So I’m getting to the front. But it’s bushy. I love big hair but not too full. I only left two pieces of the hair out. And I did use the freetress deep twist. It looks like my hair is done because it’s just that full. I found that if you take some shine n Jam (the extra hold). And put it in your hands. then distribute in the hair it will not tangle at all. I even put a little on the hair and separate the bottom before I install it. And that really help with the tangles also. Ummm I guess when I’m done I’m going to look like a baby lion myself. Lol
Yes I usually have to cut and customize the hair after installing it because I don’t like the lion look but I do want it to be full at the same time.
Thanks for sharing, beautiful and seemingly easy to maintain. Questions 1) what is your daily routine, do use products on your hair daily? If so, explain please. Would you do a video showing how you actually prepare to sleep and how to shampoo the hair( or explain please) I'm a complete newbie!!!!! And how long did it take to do this style?
My most recent video about Tree Braids explains a lot of your questions. Check it out:

For sure I’m going to try it
Good luck dear
Thank you, I've been looking for a video like this!
Glad I could help!
Thanks love it❤ does it work without glue?
Yes it will you can tie a knot at the end of the plait so that it doesn’t unravel
Hi! U are amazing.I loved yr vedio. I just wanted to know if you used human hair braids or hot water braids. Thankyou.
Thank you for watching. This was synthetic hair not human hair.
U go girl my arms would be hurting 😂😂 they r so pretty ❤
Thank you lol
Yes, I'm inspired. Thank you for sharing ❤️
You are very welcome and thank u for watching as well.
How did you blend the hair? How much hair did you use for one braid? Thank you I love this style it’s my favorite!!!
Thank you for watching. I explained more details about the hair towards the end of the video.
@@LintageBeauty yes did you use two whole pieces in one strand of hair or did you use two parts or half? It doesn’t look very big for two whole pieces each that’s why I asked. I use to do one whole piece per part but that easy a little heavier. Thanks
@@TRenaE320 2small pieces because the hair fluffs up naturally I guess would love to do this but with human hair 😮
Thank you! I am going to try this after I take these micro twist out.
Very detailed
Thank you!
Your dog is saying my mommy looks amazing
Lol thanks
Beautiful - how long did it take and do you know how may braids you actually had in
These took about 6 -7hours. And no I have no clue how many braids I did.
Hi! Is it easy to put up in a ponytail even though it's full? I love the style but I want to be able to put it up to workout, thanks for the video :)
Yes you can! That’s the only way I sleep with them. I put all of the hair in a high ponytail bun before laying down. This also helps the hair reframe from matting.
Beautiful... you said you used 4 colors but how many packs of each color did you use in your hair?
Thanks for watching! Check around the 7minute point of the video for how many packs of hair I used for each color. I honestly don’t remember but I did include those details inside of the video.
@Lintage Beauty thank you..I must have missed that part... lol
Love love!!
Thank you!
Beautiful. I’d love to see your parting method.
Noted!
Girl I'm doing mine now. Using all your colors. But I added a #33 I'll find ur ig and send u a Pic and vid! Amazing job
Yesssss. I wanna see how it turns out.
Hi, how many packages did you use in total?! I don’t see it mentioned, or is it 😌
Thanks for watching! Check around the 7minute point of the video for how many packs of hair I used for each color. I honestly don’t remember but I did include those details inside of the video.
What makes these tree braids??
Beautiful!
Thank you!
How many packs of hair did you use?
It was about 4.5 packs. I don’t remember exactly but I did say the exact amounts for each color inside the video.
How long did it take?
Hi, thanks for watching! Honestly I didn’t do this in one day but the total probably is 5-6 hours
Is the hair him or synthetic?
Is the hair human or synthetic or is it a mix?
This is all synthetic hair that I used
This is beautiful on you but these are boho braids not tree braids unless they call it something different where you are from. Tree braids are a kind of cornrow not box braid normally
Yeah I see some people call different braid styles different names but when I first saw these it was on the actress Lisa Raye and singer Sylena Johnson who both went to this stylist in ATL who called them Tree Braids.
You can do individual tree braids.
This style won’t look nice if you have long hair bc then the braid will be longer bc you have to stop where your natural hair is. If you stop the braid short with long hair you will break your natural hair
Or maybe the cornrow method is better for you. Some don't mind seeing a tiny braid poke out here and there because their hair is long, but if you do mind, the other method may be your answer.
I was wondering about that because my hair is pretty long and I know you have to braid passed your hair
These are not tree braids
