    I don’t know what is the difference maybe I am blind😂😂😂😂😂😂 but one thing I wanna add (after losing 36 pounds of weight in 17 to 18 mark at home ) that if you focus on fat loss rather than weight loss, it will benefit you in long time in so many ways….. Thank me later

    In toning, you exercise more resistant workouts while in weight loss you exercise more cardio workouts

    They are trying to say that any exercise helps for both muscle toning and weight loss. There are no separate exercises only for weight loss or only for muscle tone.

    Ok as someone who’s had a personal trainer before and went from size 14 to size 8 in 6 months, loosing about 15kg (was 67 down to 52). Basically I think the videos trying to show that the workouts are pretty much the same no matter the goal, once you’ve exercises in a few months you lose fat and then continue with same exercises your body tones up. Working out + maintaining a healthy diet is the key to anything - whether it’s to gain or lose weight or to tone up.

      @@craftcatcher_cc umm I can't make a video, but whatever amount of food you're eating you've to eat less than that, meaning you've to be in calorie deficit. Replacing your dense food with high volume food can help a lot. Like if you're eating something oily (suppose 100g) it would probably have like 500 calories but if you eat 100g of watermelon or any kind of fruit it would only 100-150 calories.

    Well it simply means there is no difference between exercises.. It's the food u ate makes difference 🤌🏻
    But here I'm suggesting.. If u want to lose weight u should go for more cardio.. But if u want to gain u should do weightlifting 👍🏻

    Kya karu samajh nahi aara. 16 hours fast, 4 ltr pani, 5 km jogging, 3 km walking, 2 km running, 1 hour yoga, waist trainer, belly belt bandh liya kuch farak nahi pada. Weight 135 se 127 ho gya 6 mahine itna mehnat karne ke baad aur phir dost ke shaadi mei 3 din khaa khaake weight phir se 135 kg ho gya

      Look dear,workout is for life time not just for days ,or month n do 5 days weight training and one day cardio.fasting once in 15 days is sufficient. Eat ur dinner by 6 pm.this much is enough. Do it for lifetime.n no need to starve urself
