Ok as someone who’s had a personal trainer before and went from size 14 to size 8 in 6 months, loosing about 15kg (was 67 down to 52). Basically I think the videos trying to show that the workouts are pretty much the same no matter the goal, once you’ve exercises in a few months you lose fat and then continue with same exercises your body tones up. Working out + maintaining a healthy diet is the key to anything - whether it’s to gain or lose weight or to tone up.

Replacing your dense food with high volume food can help a lot. Like if you're eating something oily (suppose 100g) it would probably have like 500 calories but if you eat 100g of watermelon or any kind of fruit it would only 100-150 calories.
Well it simply means there is no difference between exercises.. It's the food u ate makes difference 🤌🏻 But here I'm suggesting.. If u want to lose weight u should go for more cardio.. But if u want to gain u should do weightlifting 👍🏻
