i was at that waterfall August 2014 filming with my Dji the Hardanger Bridge too unlucky i had no gimbal at that time now it would look better
To those who express the desire to visit Norway. Be careful..... it is addictive.... once you have been there, you want to go back.... i speak from experience 💕

Great work! Can I fly my Phantom in Norway in small towns / near houses? I would like to film Steinsdalsfossen and maybe other beautiful places.

There are new regulations in Norway this year, and basically you need to be at least 150 meters away from people, vehicles and buildings which you are not in control of. If there are other people at Steinsdalsfossen, you could ask them if its Ok to fly closer than 150 meters (so far, no one have said "No" to me).
You should probably also ask the people in the cafè/kiosk too if its ok to fly closer than 150 meters to their buildings, and it will be in their interest to say "Yes" (more publicity, more customers :-) )
PS! These new regulations would normally not be a problem. Our nicest spots are often in uninhabited areas. It's not very often I have to ask people for permission.

In order of appearance: Vøringsfossen, Låtefossen and Steinsdalsfossen.

Thanks! This was early in the spring, in may. You can see that there still is snow in the mountains. The melting snow also gives a lot of water in the waterfalls :-)

@@tsint Hvis det er nylig du har vært der, så er det riktignok helt annerledes enn i min film. Siden jeg var der, har de bygd mange broer og gangveier i og rundt fossen, så nå er det veldig mye glass og metall der.
