As a seven or eight-figure investor or entrepreneur, you probably want to live in one of the safest low-tax countries in the world. So you can enjoy spending your wealth with no concerns about any sort of crime.
Even if it's just petty theft, it can ruin your day, especially if it is an expensive watch or piece of jewelry with sentimental value. You can buy the watch again, obviously, but it's still annoying.
In this video, Andrew shares the safest countries in 2023.

Very expensive and high property rates and huge crime problem with a major socio economic gap and a huge rising gang problem as more young people are marginalised. Health system is broken. You're dancing around it, I'll just say it. The murder rate in the U.S. is so high and high in the Virgin Islands because of their African diaspora population. The Virgin Islands are 76% black, and places like Chicago and Atlanta also have very large African populations.
Iceland is virtually crime-free because it is almost 100% white. Japan is very peaceful because it is almost 100% Japanese. Sweden was the same way until they let in thousands and thousands of "Syrian child refugees" (20-something male dark-skinned economic migrants). They literally have grenade attacks in Sweden now, and rapes have drastically increased.

As an American citizen who traveled to China, this is the case. Virtually most if not nearly all Chinese are welcoming and intrigued when they see someone from outside of the country. They can be quite friendly people, partly because they so rarely see people from outside of their country and partly because of the cultural background.

I have a new topic I think you should closer at because of the coming restrictions on travel The World Economic Forum is pushing, and as a Norwegian citizen I can tell you that if you are a Norwegian pensioner relying on your pension, then there is a rule saying you cannot live for more than max 6 months outside of Norway before they stop filling up your bank account with pension money. Then you see the problem if shutting down travel by air and so on. I do not know the rules for non Norwegian pensioners wanting to live outside of their countries, but it would be interesting to know. We also have the no cash agenda that will create new restrictions on travel when limited to "digi" that is NOT money when you can no longer freely decide what to buy or not, and from where. The agenda The World Economic Forum is pushing is worlwide, so it is increasingly difficult to say where best to live if you do not want to be locked into " A 15 Minute City" they are building or whatever. Look at the personal carbon quotas that is planned, and you see this is next level control for 100% control as we can see in China!

It's even hard to apply it to a fairly big city where one district might be the safest place in the world with another being a crime zone, or having no decent medical facilities, or being next to something ecologically hazardous. There are of course cultural aspects or policies that can be generalised but at the end of the day calling a country "safe" does not really say much.

The weather is Horrible, with low temperatures, lots of rainy days in the summer, wind, etc. And healthcare really sucks! You have to wait for months to see a specialist or have imaging done. They don’t use Urgent care clinics as much, so you’re sent to the ER for silly things, and then you wait there for hours. Big plus is that most people speak English to some extent, and younger ones are fluent in English! The language is beautiful, but super difficult to learn if you’re not from there. It only is close to Finnish, nothing in common with any other popular languages. People are very polite, but they don’t smile much, on a reserved side. And…there are thousands of ethnic Russians in Estonia, with Russia right next door. That makes this tiny beautiful country a high risk for war or some kind of unrest. Mist Russians there are loyal to Russia, not Estonia. 😢
