This is an excellent video about which polisher to choose. I found it to be very informative. 👍

The harbor freight I just left I am going to clear their shelves. I want to buff cars, trucks and boats all summer when I am off work. I will buy the makitas and flex also just because I can't see one handling 12 hours a day for an entire season. I am a car enthusist. I love cleaning vehicles. I feel like I am walking on clouds just bringing one back to its Glory days.

Harbor Freight when only the finest will do :). Actually I learned quite a lot from this video. Did not know about the option to allow to press and keep the speed up. My polisher is a very old Porter Cable that just will not die. Actually looking for pads because they are getting spendy.

Give us the Hercules orbital with lithium grease and it will sell. You have to compete with big names like rupes and flex. We need a tool that lasts at least 5-10 years with no problem. You have to get more people into the craft. I picked up the Hercules forced rotation a couple hours ago and liked the way it felt in my hands. I will buy it within the next couple weeks. I will clear the shelves of their pads also. I like cleaning dirty, battered vehicles. If it's not battered don't bring it to me.

Does this host guy work for Meguiars now? Saw a video when Obsessed Garage took a Meguiars tour and it was this dark haired guy talking about ceramic products.

Yet I keep seeing that DA is more forgiving & less likely to ? Burn? Paint for a beginner than orbital... ?

@@onetruth4878 that's why I stopped. I let the professional detailers do their craft....I stick to mine. You gotta have patience for detailing, just not my cup of tea
