Very interesting interview. It's important to document these oral histories for future generations. Loved the interview.

It took me 5 years to find the hard copy book "Feeling the Stones" after reading it on Kindle. I finally got a hard cover, signed copy this month. Cost me almost AUD$100. But I think it is worth it. Just a little thing I can do to honour Sir Akers-Jones.

HK definitely needs to figure out the housing crisis! I agree with him that should be the main priority

    salute for sir.
he didnt stop from interacting with other society.
he didnt limit himself with narrow view.
this is the path that most youth hongkong should follow.
open your eyes and visit more place.

I travel to a different country at least once a year. I still think Beijing should stay out of Hong Kong government.

His native village probably has sharia patrols and closed down pubs.

Steamships in 1945? No wonder the Brits did so poorly in the war.

He speaks so slow, I had to speed it up 1.5x normal.

For Christ sakes he’s 92. He can’t speak like he’s still 22. Give him a break.
