I have been listening to epic music since I was a little kid. And I have to say, this music deserves way more recognition. At least to me, this is better than most of the lyric songs.
Jep, it just makes you feel so powerful. I personally listen to it while reading the most 📚....it makes me become a part with the book for 100%. And with the music that I make mostly go with what happens in the book it makes it become so real bc with headphones you forget who you are and where you're at hehe. Also while doing homework this is a cure against the urge to give up😂😂

58:21 I don't know what it is about these epic scales at the end of songs that have this specific time stamp of sound, but they always give me goose bumps. Because when I hear a song for the first time and from the years of listening to epic music, I try to guess where they song is going to go. (I'm a piano player of 17 years) Typically I can gauge where the song will go, but for the times where the song surprises me in the most epic way possible (58:21 back up a few seconds to hear this specific point) where it meets the scale half way, not all the way down from the first note but not all the way up from the previous note... In plainer words, it gives me such suspense that begs a question "What just happened?" As if the final blow in a battle between the Hero and the Villian happened yet it was out of sight and you are left to ask, "What just happened?" This is followed up by the beginning of the answer yet added silence for more suspense before the answer is finally given. In a nutshell, I love songs that have this type of note, scale, or chord which is heard at 58:21
Love how you describe this from a non-musical perspective. As a composer I can shed light a bit on it. A song is in a key, for example the key of C or the key of D minor. In that case the "root' is C, or D respectively. The reason why that song you mention feels unresolved is because it doesn't end on the root. It ends on the 5th chord of the scale. Works really well :D
