Merci pour clarifier the utilisation des trois verbes.
Merci, Claire. Je vais revenir pour les nouveaux vidéos
Très bien, mais on dit "les nouvelles vidéos" parce que c'est un mot féminin.
I have a question about, "il faut que je retourne au lycee pour 14h." What is the meaning of "for 2 p.m."? In English, "pour" would mean, "in order to" or "so that" a specific purpose can be accomplished. "I must be back at school by 2 p.m. because we are having a meeting in the auditorium." But in French, what is the meaning of "for 2 p.m."? Is it the same as "by 2 p.m."?
Yes, it's the same as "by 2pm". It is assumed you have a class or something starting at that time.
@@ClearlyFrench - Thank you. I discovered your channel only recently and you have already helped me so much. Blessings! 😇
@@CalebAchsah i am really pleased to hear that 🙂
@@ClearlyFrench - One day before I die, I will be able to hold a conversation in French like Catherine Ceylac and her brilliant guests on "The ou Cafe." When that miracle happens, I will send you a bouquet of flowers (electronically 🤔🤫🤭🤗) !
@@CalebAchsah I am looking forward to them :)
