R.I.P. Marvin. I hope there will be a Grand Piano in Heaven for YOU! I am sure you will make many more beautiful melodies.
Sooooo marvelous, Marvin Hamlisch. Peace be with GOD♥️
Such a sensitive song and apt lyrics.
He was an amazing writer.
Rest in Peace, Marvin. Your fans miss you, but are blessed to have your inspired music, and this "show-stopper," to keep us company and remind us of your presence among us! In memory of his talent and with appreciation, Dr. Mel Preisz
How I wish we really knew each other better... Shalom
One of my absolute favorite songs
Thank you Sir, for your music.
What a great talent!.. Rest in Peace, Marvin.
Oh boy. That's the best things I've seen in a very long time.
RIP Marvin....
Saw Mr Hamlisch w Buffalo Philharmonic. His stories about his music was both riveting and funny. Gone way too soon.
Oh DAMN I'm so jealous. I know he was w/ the BPO for a number of years and I always wanted to see them together. Was the Christmas/Holiday show?
Belle canzoni belle melodie
Wonderful x
Cool. Throwing in a scale.
Premier League talent!
I wonder if anyone recorded this song. Nice interpretation by Marvin.
AbrahamDiner from a musical he wrote in 70s called They're Playing our Song. Actually a duet w Lucille Arnaz and Robert Klein.
There's at least one other, though likely hard to find, recording from the West End production performed by Tom Conti and Gemma Craven.
So pretty.
Wrong Title . It’s “ If YOU Really Knew Me- not “ He” 😳
how to top this ?
Only if it had been sung by Fred Rodgers with Marvin on Piano.
Hard to top voice, strings, piano, and Marvin's heart.
