    Infertility is how my friend found out about her ovarian cancer. They found it early and she now has two kids.

    Thanks for sharing your story sweetheart. I lost my brother and sister around 3 months ago from cancer. My sister had a mastectomy and was doing good for 5 years but it came back with a vengeance. Brother had cancer everywhere and lived about a year. They both passed 3 weeks apart. My oldest sister beat one of the more aggressive cancers and it's been 10 years. It's hard but I have faith in you! God Bless you and you're Husband. You know how we are we think we can fix anything so stay strong for you're wife young man ❤

    I live about 50 miles south east of Pittsburgh. Just got diagnosed with skin cancer. It seems so many are dealing with infertility these days. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. We seem to hear about cancer at younger and younger ages now. GodBless you and your family.

    I was Stage 4 Ovarian, treated in 2003, at age 60. I am still here in spite of 5 yr prognosis at surgery. Am also BRCA 1. Now going on age 83! No breast cancer as yet, but am followed with breast MRI and mammogram yearly. No recurrence of original cancer. Never lose hope!

    Stage 3C - 18 years ago next month. You’ve got this! No recurrence. (BTW, I’m with you on outside support groups. I went to one, and I just couldn’t stay in the sad/negative place. And like you, I feel I got much more from cancer than was taken from me.)

    17:30 Thank you for the excellent advice on choosing a life partner based on more than raw physical attraction.
    It applies especially to men since we tend to be the older partner and we tend to need care sooner)..
    As a bloke myself, I concede it's a big ask ,

    I have ovarian cancer stage 4. Was NED for 8 months and now having my first recurrence. I thank God for my Gyn Onc at UF and my family/friends who pray with me and for me.
    What do I have to fear when God’s righteous hand holds me up??
    I stay joyful and hopeful all the time!

    I had ovarian cancer in 2021. Mine was stage 3c. I think if they would have done something in 2019, when they found the mass, it wouldn’t have been as bad. My cancer spread to my colon, abdominal lining, and pelvis.

    I hope you don't mind me asking, but if you're considering a surrogate, would you also consider using a donor egg? BRCA is hereditary

    • @Ioncandi
      @Ioncandi Месяц назад

      Yeah I don't get that part of the story. I had a cyst on my ovary in the 80's and the man doctor felt it right away.

    • @TNMsGraceful
      @TNMsGraceful Месяц назад

      I had 2 cysts one on each ovary...Mine were so small that they couldn't be felt at the time, they only found them by an ultrasound. Also if the cyst grows towards your intestines/spine area, they will not be felt either. And cysts are not unusual for a woman during ovulation or if you have PCOS.
