My employer operating as a bank does not fill out a third party document like the proof of work and reference letters per company policy. The HR has their own standard reference letter with no stamp but a digital signature of the HR head and a third party verification process for employement details if needed. Because of this, I asked my previous managers to fill out the templates given by SI. The problem is the use of stamping. The HR understandably did not allow the use of the digital signature and the company logo or seal on those templates completed by my managers. Can my managers just sign with wet ink the space provided for the stamp?
