Thank you for the beautiful transmission! A direct exposition of what I am constantly aspiring to. I even found myself, many months ago, spontaneously doing the exact driving exercise that you described - sending love to every other driver one passes. I find myself doing this in every situation where I am surrounded by others, like being on a plane, crowded store, in a line waiting, etc. This has helped immensely with releasing the judgmental, assessing program of my mind. All of life is truly a blessing, even those moments of seeming discomfort and pain and my life shifted drastically when I began to move from the "why, god? why is this happening to me?" to "thank you great spirit. thank you for the blessing in every lesson you bring!"
I am going thru a 10 year break up.
2 days in. This has been the MOST perfect message for me to hear in this moment if healing and allowing. And I'm sharing it with ny beloved who left bc he can't or has been unable to heal his past. Ty ty ty

I'd like to practice being comfortable with my confusion, to be kind to my ego, while not letting ego make my decisions.
This video has inspired me to bless everything that appears in my field of awareness because it might be the most optimal choice in life and also to transmute negative experiences that may come in the mind from the past/future by giving them the opposite experience of what they had.
