01:28 You mentioned that you had previous experience in martial arts prior to studying Choi Lei Fut, does learning other Gung Fu influence one’s ability to learn a new style correctly?
02:18 Your school has been open for more than 20 years. In this day and age, is Choi Lei Fut still popular, or do you need to put in more effort to attract students to learn traditional martial arts?

A 'Kuit' (诀) is a method to solve problems effectively. Sometimes, the method is right in front of our eyes, but easily overlooked, thus becoming a 'Secret Kuit' (秘诀).
In this part of the interview, Sifu Lam shares a crucial "Kuit" for martial arts practitioners. When non-martial artists hear it, they often overlook or underestimate its significance. However, those who have genuinely honed their skills through dedicated practice will recognize its value and resonate with it.
