At the beginning if you are looking for which grate to go into the correct one also has a flashing red light. It’s the only one flashing the rest don’t flash. Easy way to tell which is correct
it's just the one that's right below you when you go into that room, but yes.

Luckily, it doesn't seem too difficult with the Riskrunner when it comes to solo. The real hard part is not taking solar damage or dealing with the spider tanks since the Whisper is good at dealing with the tanks, but Riskrunner is usually being ran and heavy ammo is scarce.

@gregs1961 arc threat modifier mainly... although I will admit whatever bungie decided to cook up to change zero hour is burnt. Like the normal version makes you fight the boss as if they got a 2nd HP bar as a Big Brig... Like... WHY BUNGIE

Limited jumping puzzles is why the Presage mission was the greatest exotic mission. I hate jumping puzzles.

Bruh… even with tier 10 resilience, arc resist mods… those enemies hit like a truck.. the final boss is a pain in the ass to do.. I loved that exotic mission back then (soloed the crap out of this mission too back in the days) but god.. they need to tune down enemies power a bit.. not really fun to get insta kill every time you spawn during the boss fight .. I’ve lost literally 6 minutes because I were spawn lock in the boss room..
How did you solo the room with the dial screens, right past the floor tile section, that teammates had to look at and relay that info to your other teammates? There was very little time to get that done back then, so I'm genuinely curious how that room was possible solo.

Normal is bugged and the enemies are set at legend difficulty.

funny to see the old rainbow shielded shanks back in force.
also, both redone exotic missions adding an extra big boss at the end is just silly fun. Whisper has the big new Taken Ogre, and now outbreak gets a big new Brig.
If you actually look at the map for this mission for the old version in the tile room it's actually inverted.
I ran the picture through photoshop and I did find that the directions from the old version is in reverse.
So how do we upgrade the intrinsic perk? I ran the legend version and completed the Outbreak Refined 1 quest but I can’t reshape my outbreak with the rapid hit that you get for completing this refined quest.
Are there still different paths depending on what difficulty your running on?
I certainly don’t mind difficult missions, but if there was one feature that would get me to quit destiny forever is jumping puzzles.
But you also now have strand tether to help out!
TIMED jumping puzzles are the absolute worst. Some of this shit feels impossible. LOL.
It’s the time limit that makes it horrible. The jumping puzzles are bad but the time limit adds too much pressure.

Do you have to use the Harmonizer to gain access to the crafting puzzles
A lot of people forget the skyburners oath bypasses a lot of shields and even barrier champions
Polaris better
skyburner's only goes through *phalanx shields* but it a pretty good weapon overall.
Can I wait until the last week to complete the zero dawn mission like whisper?
There's a route you can take in the Trevor encounter where if you're fast enough you will only see him once

Never played this at all even from what it was before, got to the Boss Solo though, anyone know what the keycards though where Eva's old stand used to be?
My only problem with this, is this: I already have Outbreak with 5 digits worth of kills (18,126 as of this comment)... If I craft this same weapon anew, can those kills be transferred over to the newly crafted or do I have to start from scratch?

Me and my friends tried the legendary one and it's not easy at all. It's the heroic version with 20 minutes time.
Done it on legendary a few times already.. still got my OG gun though
rapid hit is gonna feel so much better than outlaw, but I am keeping my og one.

I helped like 20 plus people today get this . Felt good lol the jumping puzzle for people leading in the future ….. wait after every major section for your teammates ! Simple effective thing you can do . Unless you like soloing the boss ( which I had to do today lol ) lesson learned

As a warlock I was holding my team back with how hard the jumping puzzle was 😭 ended up beating the boss with 30 sec left took damn near all the time stuck jumping and missing miserably 😅
Made it to the boss solo flawless and thought I would actually finish it flawless 😅
Yea that’s ganna take some practice. That brig is so tank at the end I was out of dragons breath and indebted kindness and swapped to my old Outbreak with the catalyst and just started pew pewing. Just floating to the left and to the right widdling his massive HP bar (for a solo run). Got there eventually but left me feeling there’s got to be some more efficient ways.
A sniper is pointless with the brig until his faceplate comes off over halfway through his health bar. That’s why I just swapped to Outbreak. Once everything else is dead the brig itself isn’t too big of a threat if you stay moving and off the ground. It’s just tanky.
Definitely fun and a lot of nostalgia flooding back. Looking forward to running legend with friends in a few hours.

would recommend outbreak and indebted like you said, but I've been running edge transit to blast away the face plates and melt the captain a little for the first phase. I'd also just use outbreak on the walkers unless you're really in a time-crunch

20 mins just to get to the boss
Well now I know why I didn't get the Outbreak after beating the final boss. I thought I was just misremembering the mission but turns out my run glitched big time because even the second set of enemies never spawned for me as well as some other encounters. FML.
I wonder if the time glitch still works

Oddly enough I did this years ago with not to much trouble, but now it looks daunting compared to some newer content. I wonder if it's worth it as I'm assuming you can get random rolls of outbreak at some point by doing this? If not I will leave it as a pass memory.
it's because it's on level with us on normal, and 20 levels above on legend. You don't get random rolls, just doing the base mission from Ada allows you to craft it and after doing the (time-gated)puzzles to upgrade the intrinsic perk, you can change it to whatever barrel, mag, and stock you want.
So if im a new player and havent done the quest years ago how do i aquire it cause its stating that asset protection progress is required 🤔
Check your quest log, pretty sure it's automagically given to you. Mine was...
Sounds like you have to go through the progress of talking to all in the tower doing their quests to unlock if that makes sense.

Quite the nostalgia trip. Not too bad solo if you have a decent build, plenty of time too. The crafted versom isnt leaps and bounds better but it's better than the base. It will shine more in pvp than in pve imo.

It's only one catalyst, there is 3 new crafted traits so instead of outlaw you can have rapid hit,rewind rounds I think? And headseeker
But yes multiple times next week would be crafted trait number 2 also the intrinsic upgrades I forgot about them

Jumping is my kryptonite so the original of this was jumping puzzles from hell. This was the most difficult activity I'd done in destiny. For me GMs were/are easier.

No? I mean it's as good as it was? Still one of the best DPS for a primary weapon. If you don't want it don't get it?

Highly recommend using Dragon's Breath for the walkers. It absolutely destroys them and saved me some time.

As a hunter i hate jump puzzles as my double jump activates randomly twice more often than od like

as a hunter you dont need that platform to get there and you can even just skip to the end where that button is
Little tip when it comes to the various shields you can just run a primary with adaptive munitions and your set 🤗

Why do it hard whether you can do it easy?
Shadebinder with Wish-Ender plus Whisper of Rending plus Stasis Turrents.
Wish-Ender deals any type of shield and you can see invisible enemies.
Statis Turrents and Whisper of Rending will provide 50% increase damage against frozen enemies, so the best combo for Wish-Ender.
Just getting back into destiny and quest like this and whisper make me wonder why do it and u have to do like multiple times yea right

Why is everyone complaining about jumping puzzles? I was surprised at the lack of them, and how short the ones they had are. Then again, i was just going for completion, not anything extra, so maybe i skipped some stuff?
