Another great video Tom. This series is a wealth of knowledge and you are generous to share it with us. I have been curious about your bag for some time now so it's great to see a breakdown if it.
Just made a bag similar to yours for conditioning, thanks much for the thorough explanation and advice. About how much does your bareknuckle bag weigh?
I have trained Muay Thai for the best part of 20 years and have been teaching it almost as long - the pads, if done right, provide plenty of conditioning. I always use leather old school Thai pads when training my students.
@@PugilisticusBritannicus I've been using a synthetic leather heavy bag as of late because I have nowhere I can hang my canvas one at the moment personally I found from experience that canvas is better than synthetic leather for conditioning I've yet to own a bag made of real leather yet though
Thanks for sharing; excellent bit of equipment!
A wing chun wall bag works also.
Yes - I definitely does, but you can't move around it in the same way

Thank you man! It is my pleasure to share what I know!
Nice was meaning to ask about the bag from the other video! Cheers
Thanks Paul!
I have an aqua bag but, through lack of attention, didn't quite fill it. However, that does make it a little more forgiving on the hands. 😀
nice
Good to see you got some videos up Tom. Always an interesting watch.
Hopefully see you back at Singto/Cambridge at some point mate 👍
Thanks Tony! Hope all is well mate - yeah, I’ll be back at some point!
Thanks for the interesting videos.
Thank you for watching!
Very nice. Salute.
Thank you - Salute!

Great stuff! Mine weighs about 25 lb
I like that bag - can you do a tutorial on how to make one?
Sure!
Its like Thai boxers who condition their shinbones

I use a deflated medicine ball full of sand and hang it
Works well too
I've always just threw straight strikes into my heavy bag bare knuckle personally
You will definitely get a good conditioning that way

@@OnyxXThePunch yes - canvas is superior
Why would you train softer than the tougher men that came before you?
