I have been in the business 55 plus years and when the light shines across the floor you see a flawless reflection of a solid floor without the space lines between the boards. So many jobs that people call me to fix what some HANDYMAN screwed up with hot spots and start marks. These clowns do not realize the floor sanding and restoration is an art not a trade any one can do. Great to see a quality job done by real professionals
You guys are fast. Wow.. I work completely alone and that would take me at least 5-6 days. I am old though. Just did two Doug-fir refinish jobs, went natural. Soft, but beautiful floors.
I'm a carpenter by trade, but working on my own house right now refinishing the bedroom floors. Back breaking and easily 4-5 days for me, as I work alone, too. It's sucks because sometimes I feel like the client thinks I'm slow but the fact is, when you work alone, only one thing can get done at any given time. This shit takes time.
remodeled many homes over 30 yrs . after first floor, i always sub them out , no way im ever doing that again. Vietnamese crew came in, ripped out rug layed down new floor, sanded and fist coat on first day , came back 2 more coats and DONE 1 1/2 days. used them a lot

Varathane stain dark walnut. Thanks for watching
@@TheContractorsContractor thanks!
2 days? You guys must've been like an army of ants in that thing!
If the doug fir was installed 100 yrs ago, the wood might be 250-300 years old.
