Michael Dirda interview - a love affair with books

This interview with Pulitzer Prize winning author and literary critic Michael Dirda is from Fast Forward: Contemporary Science Fiction episode #265. Mr. Dirda talks about his transition from working as the editor of the Washington Post's Book World section to his current wide-ranging freelance writing career. He also talks about some of his recent and ongoing projects, and describes his affection for books not just for text delivery, but as physical objects.
