    Normally I agree with what you say, but I completely disagree with almost everything you say here except about the price. Listen, it's priced what it is because of the land and where it is. But I do agree it's overpriced. Nevertheless, unlike 98% of the homes in this area, English tudors will never go out of style. It's an old house. Low ceilings in old houses are what they are. Same for the layouts. You're not going to have the layout and ceiling heights of a house built in 2020. The kitchen is small because back when the house was built nobody was in the kitchen except the help and people didn't socialize there. I hope it's not a teardown and it's likely it's priced that high to scare them away, as the owner may understandably not want it torn down. The Bird Streets and LA in general have way too many soulless white modern homes that will be out of style in ten years. We don't need another one. As for views, you're sacrificing the views in this area for a flat lot and privacy. Not everyone cares about a view and many would gladly take a big yard on a flat lot with a tennis court + privacy over a house on a hillside with a view but no yard.

    Best lighthearted channel out there to enjoy. I don't think the property is in its original state. That may have been the guest house of the estate that had been demolished. Many of the properties around could have been built on subdivided lots from the original lot.

    Great video, thanks. Looking at the exterior of the home and grounds, its such a nice-looking and distinctive (for Los Angeles) property. Huge lot, a dreamy and tranquil setting. But like you say, the interior being old and somewhat ill-designed, its is not appealing to high-end Buyers. RC
